The house is located in front of the beach, right on the sand! It is close to the center and everything the place offers: beaches, trails, shops, bars, restaurants, market... Access is only by the beach. The house is divided into three, but only two are used for renting. The space is quite private, but access is the same for everyone. Here in Guarda, the dogs are free, but they all have owners! So, we have a few visits during the day! 🥰

São dois imóveis no mesmo terreno porém ,o espaço é separado ou seja privado ninguém entra um no espaço do outro .Fica 3 minutos a pé até a praia ,estamos atrás da beira mar . , em uma das melhores localizações ,as ruas são calçadas ,mercado próximo. Um bairro muito tranquilo. O centrinho da pinheira pela praia leva uns 10 minutos.Não temos garagem coberta o carro fica no pátio .
