We had a lovely stay at the barn! It was perfect for our mini break. Lovely and clean and cosy, and we felt right at home. Bed was v comfy, shower powerful and hot, and the garden area was beautiful - especially as we were lucky with some gorgeous summer weather. Hot tub was an added bonus! Fleur was an excellent host - v friendly and responsive, and left some v helpful recommendations for the local area. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Thi communicated fantastically throughout the process. The home was very clean and within walking distance from Chichester station. The complimentary food and fresh flowers were a great touch.

This was the perfect short break in a cracking location. My teenage daughter and I did some lovely walks, sat at the windmill at sunset, sketched at the ruined Abbey, went to Chichester for lunch via bus. Everything was just so easy and the house was impeccably clean, with beautiful quality furnishings and a really welcoming feel to it. We loved it. Thank you!

A very pleasant town house that manages to be both very accessible (close to main road, station, city centre, amenities) and tranquil (quiet residential road, adjacent to the canal). A lovely area too, handy for Wittering beaches and South Downs. For those who like to cycle, the infrastructure and nearby routes are excellent too.

An excellent base for the running event we did over the weekend. Felt cosy but also very spacious. The house is on a quiet street, and we never had any trouble finding a parking space. We would happily stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Charlie & Geouff’s spacious modern bungalow! The space was beautifully designed and spotless, with a superb kitchen that had everything we needed and more. The highlight was definitely the hot tub and the outdoor bbq – the perfect way to relax after a day out. Every detail was thought through for comfort and convenience. Highly recommend and we would absolutely return!

A wonderful little place in the most beautiful location. The Lodge was clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. We spent a week here while one of us walked the South Downs Way and the other one relaxed. In between, we visited local beauty spots and some of the excellent restaurants nearby. In the evenings we relaxed with the patio doors thrown wide open as the ever present sun slowly set. Blissful.

We had a fabulous stay in this spacious, comfortable and stylish home. Everything was exactly as described and more. Bread, butter, milk and wine, as well as an earlier arrrival time, was much appreciated. Very speedy responses from Geoff to any queries we had. Great house and host. Stunning! We had a fab few days here and it’s even better than the photos. Walking in and seeing the view takes your breath away. As well as the stunning view the location is great, v central for town, beach, bus, walks, amazing swims and great eateries. When we were there the road next to accom is blocked by rockfall. It meant the road was lovely and quiet(!) but does make it a longer /hilly walk into town. Wasn’t a problem at all but worth knowing in advance. David was a great communicator, flexible and everything you need to know is in the handy welcome guide. Would love to stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Seascape is a quiet, spacious and well decorated apartment next to the sea, and within walking distance of the Ryde passenger ferry, bus terminal and town centre. It's good base for exploring the Isle of Wight or just staying in Ryde and taking advantage of the local facilities. The interior is very comfortable and of a high standard. We were very pleased to find some provisions on our arrival, including a loaf of bread, butter, milk and eggs, as well as some ice creams in the freezer. My partner and I would strongly consider returning at a future date.

We liked here very much! Place was clean, Creydi helped us with clear instructions, many recommendations and quick responses. The location is right on point, very close to the beach but also in the heart of the city-party! We also enjoyed a smooth, flexible check-in. Highly recommend, especially that they opened another room nearby, in the same pretty style!

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Good size bedrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils etc. Two minute walk through the shared garden to the stone beach so super easy to pop down. East Wittering itself had lovely cafes and bakeries plus an amazing cheese shop. Karen was helpful and very responsive. I'd have no hesitation in staying again.

Chris, is a great host. Very helpful and always responds to messages. A welcome bottle of wine was left in the fridge, along with coffee, tea and biscuits. Ventnor is a beautiful place, with many restaurants. The walks are beautiful. It is also a great base to get around the island, Shanklin is a 15 minute drive The sound of the sea is so relaxing to hear. The flat was clean, like a home from home with all the amenities that you could think of. We hope to return.

The studio was great, exactly as pictured, and super clean! Charlotte was incredibly responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend staying at the barn if you’re in the area!

We loved the views from the windows the nature reserve and the sea , we hardly watched any television in the evening and I always read a book or two in the evenings when away but not even half way in one . So easy to get to town and the other direction Brighton , plenty of places to eat in or take away .we spent a lot of time walking along wide water and on the beach. We hope to go again soon .

We had a great few days not long enough lots of lovey walks as we have to dogs who loved the beach. The flat was outstanding every thing you needed was there and spotless. We will be going back hopeful for longer next time . I would like to thank Rob for letting us take our two dogs and for a lovely welcome. Neil and Sandra Smith

Very friendly hosts and a great value stay. Very short walk to seafront, and was clean and tidy. Would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was responsive and accommodating, especially with our check-in time, which we really appreciated as we were travelling with our energetic 2 year old. The location was perfect—right by the beach with beautiful sea views from the property. And of course, the hot tub was a highlight! Most importantly, our toddler had the best time, which made it even more special for us. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped stay in Bognor Regis!

Katie’s place was an absolute gem. My mum n nephew were visiting us and it was a perfect place to have them spend quality time with us. The place was very clean and had easy access. Thank you Katie!

Having lived in Portsmouth previously, we wanted a nice home near the sea front. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and easily accessible. The parking and the garden are an extra bonus for dog owners and people travelling by car. Jane was super easy to reach before and during the stay. Overall, we had a great time!

Robert's place was absolutely perfect for a weekend in southsea. The area of southsea its self is so lovely and probably the nicest location around. The place was perfect with a massive communal Open kitchen and a big front room, great for friends and families to hang out. The bedrooms were actually nicer than the pictures. The garden was great and they had lots of indoor and outdoor games which was good to entertain my niece. The front bedroom was a little loud with the road until about 10pm, but after that it was fine. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/ cutlery/ cleaning products etc. Perfect place to stay!

Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.

Stunning property, photos do not do it justice. Much larger than anticipated with everything you need and more. We all felt at home with comfortable beds and sofas. Excellent location, right next to the pier and within walking distance to the town and Butlins which was perfect for us. Chloe was a fantastic host, meeting us on arrival and showing us around, which was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back!
