Close to shops and cafes and a 5 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering. Historic Chichester, the South Downs and Goodwood are a short drive. Warm and well-insulated with radiators for cold weather. TV with Netflix You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

Constructed in 2018 the annexe is a large, bright self contained annexe measuring 500 sq ft with a small private rear garden to enjoy the peaceful environment. Located on a private estate we are situated within a 3 minute walk of Pagham Beach, Lagoon and Harbour. Part of the road is unmade and has very little passing traffic. If you are looking for a quiet, chilled self contained self catering base that is perfectly positioned to explore the area then The Annexe will fit the bill perfectly.

7 Bedroom Seaside Family Beach Retreat Sleeps 15

A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. Location is everything here with the local beach and Pagham Yacht club and Nature Reserve on your doorstep. A little further afield is the famous Butlins in Bognor Regis, West Wittering beaches and Chichester town centre. 2 dogs are welcome. No cats.
