Townhome holiday rentals in Pacific Beach, San Diego

We enjoyed our stay at Lori's place very much. It was great to have a bathroom for each of the three bedrooms as we were in town for a wedding and had several events to get ready for. The coffee was great in the morning and we enjoyed our evening glass of wine out on the deck. Lori responded quickly when we had questions. One thing to note, Lori's pictures do not reflect her beautiful new kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely return if given the opportunity.

From C&A: This Airbnb truly felt like a home away from home! The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared. There are two private patios in the front and back of the home. She even had some beverages and water available upon arrival, which was such a welcoming touch. Everything wasn’t too far away from downtown or the airport. There’s also a grocery store and some fast food nearby when you get hungry for a quick and easy meal. Communication was easy. Ms. Donna was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. Our favorite parts of the space were the yellow accent colors throughout the house as well as the beautiful paintings. We would absolutely stay here again! Stop scrolling and book it now. You won’t be disappointed! We will definitely make more time next time to enjoy the space. Thank you for your hospitality Ms. Donna!

Hector’s place was very well located, well stocked with what you might need in the kitchen to comfortable beds and ample “hang out space”. The roof deck is a welcome extra to be able to sit outside in a private area. Located about 3 blocks from the beach and just a few steps from multiple food places, it met our needs perfectly! Thank you Hector for being so responsive as well!

Had a great time at Lori’s place and she was a fantastic host and communicated well. The house was very clean and from the minute we got there it felt great to be in the house. Great location as well. We were able to access down town, Gaslamp and the zoo very easy. I would highly recommend staying at Lori’s place.

Place was great! My kids loved their hidden room. Kitchen was nice to be able to store and cook while we were on vacation. We didn’t get to utilize the outdoor space since we were on the go all the days in San Diego. But all attractions were very close by. Only downfall was when there were guests upstairs, it was unpleasantly noisy as you can hear the stomping and running around. But, none the less, the stay was great.

Overall such a great place to stay! Justin was so welcoming and kind to our group! Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

Great house, Great location and excellent host.

This townhome in north park is great! My husband and I were moving from out of state and came to look at apartments in the area. This townhome was such a perfect location for walking around north park, university heights, and hillcrest. The space was very clean and comfortable and it was a great place to relax after long days of looking at apartments

Great location and communication. Looked just like pictures, great space, comfortable beds. Included beach chairs, sand toys, boogie board.

We could not have been happier with this location and home. It was the perfect beach getaway and slept our family of 6 perfectly. The location was even better than we imagined as the home is on a little walk way, between the houses, which leads right to the sand. Excellent beach access for not being beach-front. Owner was incredibly responsive, and had no issues with anything while we were there. Would definitely book again.

My husband and I stayed here for one week with our two young children. We chose this location based on its proximity to the San Diego Zoo. We took advantage of the walkability to Little Italy 5 days of our trip. The home itself was very nice, looked just like the photos. One thing that was a little frustraing was, the bed in the smaller bedroom had an extremely squeaky bed frame. Even just pulling a blanket up to cover yourself made the bed squeak. The other thing that we noticed was the water pressure in the shower was very low. The water stayed hot the whole time we needed it but the water pressure was not very good. Also, it would be nice to have the option of closing curtains on the kitchen window at night. During the day people can't see into the home but at night with no curtain on the kitchen window it gives a clear view into the home for anyone who passes by. That is my personal preference as a mother of young children, you never know who is out there watching your kids.

Great home and even better hostess. Colleen is terrific. Very friendly and always in communication, she is super fun to work with. The home was in an awesome location and easy to get around San Diego. The home had everything we needed for us and our pets. I would highly recommend Colleen and her home for your stay. Colleen's home is well decorated, appointed, and beautiful. She could not be any nicer and is super pet-friendly. We loved our stay and would stay there again. Highly recommended for families with pets or traveling alone. Thank you.

A few friends and I stayed at the place for two nights. The Airbnb was wonderful, had everything we needed and even had a very nice backyard where we spent most of our time hanging out. Very walkable location, with even a coffee shop next door, great restaurants, breweries, and shops nearby. About a 10 min walk from downtown OB. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time staying here! We hit a couple bumps trying to check-in early, but other than that it was a very fun and relaxing time! The 2-car garage was just big enough to fit our 2 small SUVs so we didn’t have to worry about parking which was a huge plus. The house was very clean and there was lots of space! There were plenty of extra blankets, linens, a couple air mattresses and towels. There was a high chair and pack n play for the baby. The private patio was our favorite part! We spent so much time out there enjoying the view of the beach! There was no dishwasher detergent and as soon as we reached out they had some door dashed to us which was super nice. We had everything we needed from beach chairs, coolers, cooking utensils, pots and pans, cups, etc. The house is well equipped with everything you need. It is minutes from Belmont Park and lots of restaurants. The location is perfect. Would definitely stay again.

We rented Anna's place for a girls' weekend in San Diego and loved it! The location is so great, walkable to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, shops and the beach. It felt very central to all the things we wanted to do, and it was easy to Uber from there to other neighborhoods. The house was spacious and comfortable, and we loved having the roof deck to relax outside. Beautiful kitchen with almost everything you'd ever need during your stay. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

It was a very cozy townhouse. The place was decorated very nicely and everything was clean. Maybe I missed it in the description, but I would have listed that the main bedroom suite was on the 3rd floor and the other 2 were on the second floor with all having winding stairwells. If you're looking for convenience, it was located within walking of the Pacific ocean side where there are many restaurants and shopping and just a few blocks from Mission Bay beaches. However, if you're looking for that ocean view or just a great view in general, this is not the place. It was a very quiet street. The host always kept me informed of entry and leaving. I would recommend.

Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and spacious. Had a few nice touches like extra fans and bedding. Very centrally-located to everything we wanted to do, and a short walk from coffee shops and restaurants. It's a townhouse so you do share walls with neighbors who you can occasionally hear. But overall we loved staying here!

Beautiful new space at a great location! The garage parking was nice and the place was stocked with everything you need for the beach. Would definitely recommend!

The Mermaid Lounge was a perfect stay in Mission Beach. Location is extremely walkable and having a dedicated parking spot is so convenient. Harvey supplies beach chairs and towels which made for easy beach days! We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Great and clean place in a convenient location! Close to downtown and balboa park. We enjoyed watching the airplanes fly in, the noise was not a bother at all. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place. The house had everything you need. We had our 18 month old daughter with us and the rental has a pack n play that we used for her to sleep in. Everything worked fine and she slept good. The biggest sticking point was very strict check out time. We were loading the car and did check out 30 mins late (Everything takes longer with an 18 month old). Received multiple messages from the owner about leaving and checking out while we were loading the car.
