The property is split by a fence with two smaller dogs in the back house that are well contained. ** no smoking on property or in unit, if smoking is evident an additional $100 cleaning fee will be added after check out . *this is a quiet safe neighborhood near kate sessions Park , there will be normal neighborhood noises i.e. Monday morning trash pick up. **There is a strict no extra guest policy, only those staying at the studio are allowed on the premise, no parties or gatherings of any kind. ** no dogs (requests can be submitted for small dogs under 20lbs w/ additional cleaning fee of $50 **any additional cleaning needed is charged at a rate of $20 per hr.

This 325 sq. ft. studio is attached to our Mid-Century Krisel home. Beautiful en-suite private bath with rainfall shower. Located in one of San Diego's most desirable neighborhoods. Private entrance, outdoor fire-pit with rockers, shared use of pool and spa in our backyard. Hi-Speed WIFI, Smart TV, comfortable bed, and linens. Two guest max. A car or taxi is needed, and you are 5-15 min to most everything. Our mountain-top location keeps the home a serene retreat.
