Thank you so much for hosting us! Everything was as described, communication with the host was very smooth. All seals were repaired after they were reported. The house was clean and the kitchen had the most necessary cooking utensils. The location of the house is quite convenient, but it is necessary to have a car, because it will make it easier to explore the beautiful area. I can definitely recommend this house for rent.

Ivan was a wonderful host. The setting of the villa is idyllic and peaceful. The hot tub is a lovely addition! Dino greeted us and was wonderful during our stay, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a beautiful setting not too far from many of Sicily’s beautiful places to visit. Thank you Ivan and Dino!

Wonderfully quiet place, Sweet people, fruit from the garden may pick, a delicious breakfast if you want and for us that was very useful and nice because we arrived very late and had not yet done any shopping. We loved this place!

We had the best time at Villa Antica Aia! Nobody believed that we are really going to stay in such a lovely, clean house with a beautiful garden, swimming pool, a please to cook and eat inside and outside. I don’t need to describe more because the villa looks exactly like on the pictures!! Oriana is the best host we’ve ever had, very kind, polite and always helpful. She welcomed us with apperitivo, showed us around, explained everything, was always available for us in case of questions where to find something. Thank you again and see you next year!

A beautiful villa in a great location and Francesco was really helpful and accommodating. Just be wary of the stairs if you have young children!

Biagio offers a very nice accommodation and was always available. I was allowed to spend 6 days in his house and enjoyed every single one. I liked spending long nights in the whirlpool or on the balcony overlooking the old town the most. The city center was very lively and offers good restaurants. In conclusion, it can be said that a visit is worthwhile.

Roberto and his son Erik were just great. We stayed in Villa Bismarkia which was clean and tidy. Everything you might need is available and the common areas were so well-maintained and nice. Recommend starting this home!

Highly recommended, If you like space, freedom, a friendly host and privacy. This was the perfect base for us to then visit the beautiful beaches and discover the area. Less than 10/12 min from the beach and return to a detached house with great views. We stayed here in mid-June. In terms of temperature, it was just possible to do this at night. We as Dutch people might have found it too hot in August. All in all a great place that is worth more than your money. 10/10!

One of my favourite places on Airbnb so far! We felt very comfortable in this lovely, beautifully furnished flat and hope to be back next time we visit Sicily.

Rudia's accommodation is a small treasure. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back. Rudia is a great communicator: she was always quick to reach, had valuable tips for restaurants at hand and was always available for questions. Modica is worth a visit, also to explore Ragusa, Noto and other places of interest in the region. The apartment is very well equipped, quiet, air-conditioned and dark if you like and has a beautiful balcony for mild evenings. In short: this is a great place to spend your holidays.

We just left Giuseppe's apartment reluctantly. It was a beautiful week. Tidy and very clean cottage in the center of Noto. Furnished with care and complete with everything: from bed and bath linen, to dishes and air conditioning (vital!). Beautiful and spacious outdoor courtyard with clothesline and dining table. Giuseppe is an exquisite person of infinite kindness. He couldn't say goodbye to us at check-out, but he called us to wish us a safe return and ask if we were happy, allowing us to stay in the apartment even after the scheduled check-out time. Highly recommended! Thanks again for everything Giuseppe and see you next time!

Comfortable, spacious apartment in a very walkable location close to everything. The lovely roof deck was the best part for coffee in the morning and sunset (and swifts). Highly recommended.

Gioacchino's garden is a little paradise. Both for our daughter and for us, it was exciting and beautiful to discover the fruits and to harvest and eat ripe fruit and vegetables. In the morning we went to the chicken coop, in the evening we brought the organic waste to the pigs. In between, we went to the pool or to the playground. The house is well thought out - everything you need is there. And a little more (lemon press, blender, etc.) There is a great fruit stand within walking distance, where you can also buy baked goods. A few meters further is the public beach. Unfortunately, it is full and not clean. The beach in the nature reserve is more recommended. But you have to take a walk to get there. But it's worth it. Lido di Noto, Noto and the surrounding towns are great holiday destinations and Gioacchino's house is a recommendation. He himself is very friendly and can be proud of what he has created there. Angela & Giuseppe were amazing hosts. They made us feel right at home and offered so many great recommendations during our visit. They were present in their adjacent home throughout our stay, & they were there if we needed anything but also very respectful of our privacy at the same time. I have never interacted so much with an airbnb host before as they are really lovely people. The property was so beautiful and relaxing. It was a great place to start & end each day of our visit. I really hope to get back there again and cannot recommend their place enough. There were so many great historical sights, beaches & restaurants within a short, (10-30 mins) drive from their place.

We spent a wonderful week exploring the sights of Sicily (you definitely need a car) and having the oasis of Charlotte’s beautiful home to chill in the afternoon and evenings. The pictures do not do the garden justice and is a charming sun trap where we picked lemons and rosemary for our meals. Charlotte was on hand to answer any queries - the nearest supermarket (2 minute walk away), bakery (the sweetest place a 5 minute drive away), how to use the washing machine but never intruded - it is completely your own space. We visited Siracusa, Ortigia, Noto, Ampitheatre, Avola (beautiful beach, free parking, gorgeous ice cream shop on main road) and Ragusa (1.5 hour drive but spectacular views and so worth it!). We had a fabulous week, made all the better by Charlotte 🙂

This place is paradise! The property is amazing, the apartement was perfect and the location is great to explore the area with beautiful beaches and citys. The hosts were very nice and gave us helpful recommendations. We loved our time here. 100% recommend!

This is a really lovely villa, it’s got the most incredible garden that makes you feel instantly peaceful as well as being able to pick veg, fresh herbs and fruit. We were very comfortable - the small kitchen had everything you needed and the beds were great. There are so many outdoor seating areas it's hard to choose where to sit - everything is beautifully appointed and well designed and high quality. We had a very happy 6 days at Villa Orto. Sebastiano was super easy to communicate with for arrival and departure and the owner also popped in one day and was very friendly. It's less than 10 minutes drive to Noto, a little further to Avola where there are bigger supermarkets. Easy access to the main roads around the south east and the beaches. Thanks very much!

This place is just wonderful for family holiday - the sea view is the best, the shady terrace just calls you to relax- the house itself is beautiful and functions well! Salvatore and his wife took so good care of us! If you like fresh seafood there are many nice, rustic restaurants within walking distance!

My mum and I had a lovely few days here. The views were stunning, the host was super communicative and helpful, and it is a very relaxing place to be. The pool is as lovely as you would expect! Highly recommend doing the hike to the ‘Laghetti Cavagrande’ as stopping off for a very wholesome and local experience at the Trattoria Eva e Zio Pippo Marino on the way home.

We have had many houses in recent years, but Saro's house had the best standard so far. The rooms are top hotel level. Each room has its own bathroom and there are additional toilets and showers on the ground floor and outside. The furnishings are very high quality overall and the kitchen is also very well equipped, for the specified people. Everything was very pleasant and successful, to enjoy the holiday from the first minutes. The short distance to a great, quiet natural beach is worth mentioning. And here, too, the house has all the necessary equipment, such as parasols and beach chairs. Saro was a great host who was always available and helpful. Likewise, his recommendations for good restaurants or shops. All in all a perfect holiday. Thank you very much, Saro.
