- It's a great 3 master rooms villa - Full equept ketchen - Quite and safe area at night. - Great costumer services - 7 min walk to shops and restaurants but you have to take a short cut (12 min without shortcut) - 15 min to Kata beach by car or motorbike PS: The electricity is not that expensive but you have to make sure to close the AC and the lights before heading out during your stay.

The place was lovely and clean. Host was really friendly and helpful. Good location. Really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

This place is wonderful. its even more beautiful in real life. The view is sensational. it's also great being connected to the restaurant as the food and cocktails are first class. if I was to get married again I would get married on the beach, stay at the amazing house and party at the restaurant 😁

The accommodation is located in a quiet side street, yet many restaurants and the 7-Eleven were within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity, you could eat well and cheaply. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend a rental car. Dove is a great host, all questions were answered immediately and help was offered. Our return flight was not until the evening. Since new guests have already checked in after us and a late check out was not possible, Dove kindly offered us to bridge the time in his other villa. There were 8 of us and the electricity costs for 9 days were around €30.

I stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The house was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained. It offered a great sense of calm, which made it the perfect getaway. The host was warm, welcoming, and responsive, making the entire stay smooth and comfortable. Definitely great value for money. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay! Only advice is plan your daily commute in advance, as the place is located at a very steep mountain.

Every detail has been thought through, from the fully equipped kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms and super comfortable beds. A huge thank you to Thoi , our wonderful host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to the Property Minding Team – they kept the villa in pristine condition and were professional, and always friendly. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape in Phuket.

You can tell it's been really well looked after, with a great attention to detail that made our stay all the more comfortable and relaxing. The “Welcome Book” provided all the necessary information we could have needed – from how things worked in the villa to recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. It was clear and a great resource. Olivier was always available and happy to help if we had any further questions or queries. We had an incredible stay at Prima Villa in Karon. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Jacky and her team were always on standby and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The villa was private, spacious, and extremely comfortable—just what we were looking for. The rooms were clean and airy, and the pool was absolutely beautiful and completely secluded, offering a peaceful space to unwind. The location was great—just a 5-minute walk to a nearby massage spot and a 7-Eleven for snacks and essentials. Local shops were also within walking distance. Despite being close to amenities, the villa was tucked away in a quiet area, making it perfect for those who want to relax away from the busier parts of Phuket. Laundry was done promptly, and anything we asked for was handled without fuss. The only small issue was that the pots and pans could use an update—they’re a bit worn out and

The space is larger than shown in the photos. It is a bit outdated but very clean, especially the outdoor area is great. Every day someone came and took care of everything. The pool was our highlight. The communication with the administration went very well and we had a great trip over this one. Highly recommended, also in terms of price the excursion via the administration was unbeatable. There were small deficiencies that we had communicated and dealt with. The electricity there is very expensive, you should pay attention to it. We highly recommend the place. Currently, a 7/11 is being built, 5 min walk away. It is also about 15 minutes to the beach as well as to a good restaurant, Mr Warm. We will be back :)

One of the best villas we stayed at in Phuket. Villa is PERFECTLY located in bang tao (gated secure area) less than 5 mins from the beach and less than 10 mins from boat avenue in a queit but vibrant area. Grocery stores and other essentials are also close by. The villa itself was spacious and modern and the attention to detail was truly impressive. The whole family enjoyed and had a relaxing stay. Host was very friendly, helpful, and responds almost immediately. He ensured everything we needed during our stay was attended to. Will definetly stay again next time we visit. Highly recommended.
