Holiday rentals with a patio in Oxnard

Loved staying here! Joel was great - very thoughtful and responsive and made us feel comfortable! He added a lot of little touches that shows he really cares about his guests. The space was clean and full of the amenities we could have wanted. I wasn’t aware that we weren’t quite staying in a separate guest house but instead the bottom floor of the home he lives in. We could hear his big sweet dog running around upstairs - FYI in case you’re worried about noise. The drive between the house and main road takes about 3-4 minutes and is extremely steep with winding sharp turns on the side of a hill - wish I would’ve known that at booking, as it felt treacherous enough that I didn’t want to do the drive in the dark and thus felt the need to always be back at the house before sunset. All in all though, it was a great stay and the views were beautiful and have no regrets about it!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

Have stayed multiple times here with Kiran. It is always so clean and she is very responsive if we have any questions or need anything. We enjoy an easy walk to and on the beach at the end of a busy week and we have our favorite local restaurants we enjoy going back to. Big fave was finding Anacappucino Coffeeshop so close! Appreciate all Kiran does to make sure her place stays at such a nice/high standard!

We were at Mila's for a weekend and had a great time. It was a beautiful and comfortable space though we didn't get to spend much time outside.

Julie and Steven’s spot was a perfect, peaceful getaway. Surrounded by the Santa Monica mountains, it’s only a short ride into town, making it easy to spend the day at the beach and come back to the quiet in the evening. I came home from the trip well-rested, the mark of a great staycation. Thanks, Julie and Steven!

Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect—everything we needed was close by and easy to reach. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. One of the highlights was the charming little garden, which felt like a peaceful oasis and gave us the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. We felt completely at ease and really enjoyed every moment of our time here. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

James’ beach house was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the beach with super easy access. The house itself was very well maintained, clean, and clearly cared for. James was also incredibly responsive and communicative whenever I had questions, which made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Beautiful place, clean and nice location.

The property was amazing and very accommodating for our adult son who is in a wheelchair. Other than navigating a few steps to get into the house everything was ADA friendly including a roll in accessible shower in the master suite. The grandkids loved the backyard with plenty to do. David’s place was just what we needed. A few of us came to run the Ventura Beach 1/2 Marathon and just needed a place to rest, but the home was perfect and very comfy to rest before the big day. We wished we had time to enjoy the nice outdoor patio or to have a chance to use the beach cruiser bikes he had available to use. Inside is VERY up to date (especially kitchen) and it was nice to be able to walk to the beach literally just down the street. Next time we come back to the area we now know a great place we can stay.

Todd’s place was so clean and comfortable! There was a large kitchen table and a comfortable sitting area with a pool table between, making it the most perfect solution to gather for both young and old. Our whole family was here for my daughter’s wedding, and this little retreat offered a launch pad for both relaxation and a prep area to ready for the big day! The back yard is quiet and added yet another area to connect and breathe! My young adult kids loved the putting green and hot tub! The two rooms with Comfortable King beds were wonderful and spacious, each having a connected bathroom! The cupboards were well stocked with everything needed to cook and function. Todd, was the most accommodating host! Anytime I needed anything, had a question, or request, he quickly responded with a can-do positive answer! I would CERTAINLY stay here again and would highly recommend Todd’s place to anyone Camarillo bound!

This place is awesome! Right on the beach, quiet at night perfect location for all beach activities. My son and I played volleyball right north of the place in Ventura and we also drove to East Beach in Santa Barbara (only 30 minutes) to play as well. The house on the beach was perfectly decorated and everything had some thought put into for efficiency and thoughtfulness. Daniel was a great host and had all the beach gear…. Highly recommend for a relaxing each vacation!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was cute, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. The view was amazing! It was far enough up the coast that it wasn't congested. There were plenty of beaches to choose from. There were several mountain trails close as well. You definitely need a car. We enjoyed driving the mountain roads(beautiful views) up to wineries and restaurants in the Westlake Village area. We also loved the unobstructed ocean views with frequent trips up the coast towards Oxnard, where we found authentic Mexican food. The neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood was a great place to walk our little dog. We frequented theTrancas Dog Park which was well maintained. Our dog went to the Malibu doggy day care a couple times when we toured the Getty museum and did indoor activities, but most places were very dog friendly, she went with us everywhere! The condo had everything needed for a month's stay. All we had to get were groceries.

We enjoyed out stay at Tom's condo very much. Really nice space with plenty of room for two couples. We would definitely come back if we come back to the area again.

The place looked exactly like the pictures portrayed. The location was great! Beds were very comfy!
