Plenty of parking for vehicles, ATV trailers, or even an RV. Front yard is fenced and gated for dogs. Concerts in the park, 4th of July fireworks from the porch, mountain biking, OHV rides, rodeos, and so much more. About one hour drive from PHX valley.

PLEASE NOTE, Airbnb is now offering an option to pick a different check in time outside of the 4pm check in. We are not able to prepare the space from previous nights guests before 4pm. Payson beckons outdoor enthusiasts with its myriad of activities, including hiking, fishing, and more.

Country Cottage is a large 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), 1 bathroom home, with 1 sofa/bed in the living room. Located near the Rim, away from the city bustle and is warm and inviting. Tonto National Forest in the back yard. Handicap accessible. 10 minutes to town, restaurants, and parks. 25 minutes from Tonto Natural Bridge. 15 minutes from East Verde River. Friendly dog on premises. No pets, no smoking, and no parties. *Small portions of the road are unpaved (less than 0.5 mile)

1 Bedroom home, with great long-range mountain views. Quiet wooded lot. Great fire pit area. Close to great trails for hiking, ATVs. The house is located on a dirt road. There is parking for at least 4 cars, but a large trailer may be difficult to park. There MAY be a FIRE BAN when you are interested in coming. I will have a sign on the fire pit if I know there is a ban in place.
