28 acre property is a Forever Farm surrounded by rolling hills and Lake frontage . This farm is also referenced in the historical book “ Come Spring “ we purchased this beautiful property in 2019 and have spent the last year renovating it. Come enjoy the large back deck over looking the peaceful maine woods. The front door in about 50’ from the road, which can be busy at certain time of the day. There is 1 ring doorbell for everyone’s security outside the front door of the house.

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
