Really stylish room in the heart of the City of Gijón! We enjoyed our stay at this lovel place and felt very comfortable. It's so well equiped and has everything one needs for a Citytrip. Would absolutely return to this place at anytime!

Very good stay, the accommodation was clean, very well equipped and matches the photos. There are plenty of little instructions which makes using the different amenities really easy! Plus, parking is super easy! In short, something to have a very nice stay in Gijon and around.

Very comfortable, very good location and a host attentive to everything at all times

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

Victor is very friendly. The keys were handed over in person. If I had any questions, I could easily write him a message and quickly get a message back. :)

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb in Oviedo! From the moment we arrived, the Cris made us feel incredibly welcome with thoughtful touches and great communication throughout our stay. The check-in process was seamless, and the space was exactly as described—if not better. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and there were even little extras like coffee, toiletries, and local tips. It truly felt like a home away from home. Location-wise, it was perfect—just a short walk to the charming old town, delicious restaurants, and some fantastic local spots that the host recommended. We loved exploring Oviedo and always looked forward to coming back to such a cozy, peaceful space. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Oviedo. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you could need, the area is unbeatable. The host responded quickly. We loved it.

Luis has been a great host. It has made both entry and exit much easier. The house was clean and with all the amenities. We were three adults on a motorcycle tour and it was a good place to stay. 5 minutes from downtown. There is only one room whose bed is somewhat small, comfortable but if you measure 180 cm a little tight. Still, everything is very clean and tidy. The garage is in the same building and three large motorcycles fit in without a problem. Thank you very much for everything Luis.

Excellent, as always. And Consuelo is a great person, and always available. It's our second year, and I hope to keep repeating in the future. For us to go to the house of Consuelo is to be in an oasis, for the location and for the tranquility of the area. Apart from it being very special for us to meet their dogs, which are wonderful.

Had a great stay at Maria’s place! She’s friendly, responds quickly, and keeps in relaxed contact throughout. Lovely house with a pool, hot tub, and games – something for everyone. Great location close to the city. Highly recommended!

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. Lovely and peaceful country setting. The house is very well stocked and even with breakfast items. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the area. Very responsive and helpful communication.

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

A lovely place. The house, spread over three levels is great for a long season. In the lower area a fully equipped carport, social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen in which there is no missing element (including fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one double single) and a full bathroom. All clean and organized and with a nice decoration. The icing on a lovely porch with BBQ and grasshopper.... Upstairs double bedroom and attic with two twin beds. Brooch a heated salt pool that plays a lot You add to a host who turns into making things easier for you.... and you have a dream site in which a 4 day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for more time...

The only problem was the parking, but it was well located and the conditions of the apartment are as explained, everything was very good except the parking

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

Luis is a very good host. The house is spacious, clean and located in a quiet area but very close to downtown, very comfortable to walk everywhere. Luis has facilitated us restaurants and bars where to have a drink in case I could help us, he was very kind in the delivery of the keys to the house and available when contacting.

Until today I hadn't been able to leave the assessment. We had a wonderful time, with a very nice garden and a pool that my children immediately enjoyed. The house is impeccable, comfortable, clean and with everything you need. Communication was excellent and ease of access as well. We really appreciate the welcome we received from Maria and Jose. Of course, totally recommended. If we have the opportunity to return to the area, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much.
