Oviedo is a city that loves it. Being downtown allowed us to enjoy its restaurants, parks and amenities. Paula is an excellent host always attentive to our stay being favorable. If you visit Oviedo, this AirBnB is definitely a worthwhile place. 5 star for this super hostess.

Carmen’s stone cottage is a peaceful and magical place. We felt like we were living in a fairytale setting, as though we had been transported to Snow White’s cottage. Beautifully and faithfully restored and decorated to the last detail. We loved the quiet setting with nothing but cowbells in the distance. Carmen was very responsive and friendly.

We had a great week, very cozy and quiet house, very well located very close to the beach of Rodiles, parking next to the house, I recommend it, Mercedes was attentive to any need we could have.

This is a lovely appartment with amazing views from the living room and really nice furniture and decoration making it a great place to stay and relax. The pictures can't quite capture it all. It's set in the tiny village of Proacina and the town cats and friendly old dog come and great you on arrival - a real plus for our kids. There's all sorts of walks around and Tino provided lots of useful information. Take some food and supplies with you and you won't want to leave.

It was an unforgettable stay, Maria is a great host , from the first moment communication has been unbeatable with an excellent treatment We loved the accommodation; with a comfortable and pleasant distribution and an aesthetic that stands out for its simplicity without subtracting modernity, warmth and super beautiful decor, not the lack of detail to feel at home, in addition the location is excellent, we had been on another occasion for which we chose a hotel in the center with a little chaos to park and so on and on this occasion adding that we had a garage square that we accessed from the same elevator of the apartment we were able to move comfortably to visit different wonderful places of Asturias and also visit the center of Oviedo taking a walk of about half an hour We will definitely repeat soon !!!

Carmen provides a home-away-from-home experience with lots of extras and a generous amount of edibles in the fridge to get started with. Unfortunately the wi-fi was down because the neighbour had damaged the cable but we easily worked around that with mobiles and wi-fi from local establishments. Thanks for making us feel welcome.

The apartment is very nice, totally renovated and as shown in the photos. It has an excellent location, in the center, which allows you to walk to all the areas of interest of the city. It is very quiet, no outside noise is heard and it has a beautiful view of the city and mountains. It has been recently remodeled with good taste and everything works perfectly. We recommend it!

We were absolutely right to choose Agustín's accommodation! Perfect location to get to know Oviedo and an ideal starting point to explore Asturias! We were able to enjoy the wonderful terrace a lot! We had a fantastic stay at Jesus’ apartment in Oviedo! Jesus was wonderful—he welcomed us warmly and shared valuable information about the town, making sure we had everything we needed for a great time. You can tell he truly cares about his guests' experience. Upon our arrival, Jesus even had some food for us, which made settling in much more comfortable. The apartment itself was excellent—well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location to explore the charming city of Oviedo. We loved the apartment very comfortable and clean , always attentive at all times, left us a basket with food stuff, had many books for recommendations by Asturias and even made us a personalized itinerary. The only downside is that there was no good coverage . But the rest is great , highly recommended.

Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Convenient parking space in the building with easy access to the internal elevator. Our kids really enjoyed the small room stocked with some games. Friendly host, always helpful and responsive. Tips for visiting the region and for meals are very useful. Luanco is a very nice and convenient coastal village as a base for exploring the region.

Excellent location, with bus stop and taxi in front of the building. Very quiet shopping area, well-lit apartment, clean and ventilated, without residual smells of smokers. Very quiet building, for a good rest. They put what you need in the kitchen (including milk and nespresso pods!)

A little slice of heaven in the heart of Oviedo! If you want to be in the center of the action, this is the place. The apartment has everything you need to make a visit great. Host assistance was always responsive. The bar/restaurant scene is expansive and accessible. Historical landmarks abound, all within a short walk. Highy recommended.
