Un logement exceptionnel au milieu de la nature. L’endroit est très ressourçant et calme. Tout est organisé de manière à ce que l’on se sente à la maison! Marlieke prend soin de ses hôtes: à l’arrivée le réfrigérateur était rempli de fruits, de jus de fruits, de beurre, de confiture, de lait, d’œufs frais ainsi que du pain. Quelques épices, huile et café complètent l’assortiment. Sans oublier les glaces pour les enfants! La salle de bains comporte une douche et une baignoire et les linges de bain sont fournis. Les lits sont déjà prêts et d’une propreté remarquable comme le reste de la maison d’ailleurs. Marlieke est toujours disponible si besoin même si tout est organisé afin d’être autonome (visites à faire, magasins à proximité, transports, restaurants etc). Nous recommandons vivement ce logement dans lequel nous reviendrons sans hésiter! Un grand merci à Marlieke et sa famille.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Chalet! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Umgebung lädt zum Entspannen ein – perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Chalet wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit mooie appartement. Het balkon met uitzicht op zee is fantastisch. Het appartement is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. 2 mooie ruime slaapkamers en badkamers en een leuke vide. strand pal voor de deur en meerdere restaurants en strandtenten nabij. ijmuiden vonden wij ook verrassend leuk. rondvaart door de zeesluis is een aanrader

Wir hatten wundervolle 2 Wochen in Frederikas Ferienhaus. Es war ruhig, idyllisch und der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen (vorallem auch für unseren Hund). Friederike ist eine tolle Gastgeberin :) Sie war sehr sympathisch und hat uns herzlichst Empfangen. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort definitiv weiter und freuen uns auf das nächste mal :)

Sowohl das Gebäude als auch das Interieur sind in sehr gutem, fast neuwertigen Zustand. Die Ausstattung mit Utensilien des täglichen Gebrauchs ist hervorragend. Die Vermieter sind sehr gut erreichbar helfen jederzeit weiter. Das Ferienhaus liegt innerhalb eines Campingplatzes mit Pool, Laden etc. Kann man der Beschreibung entnehmen. Das Haus hat quasi „Feldrandlage“ im Campingplatz, also sehr ruhig. Lage in Strandnähe, am besten mal bei Google Earth schauen. Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es keinen Grund zu klagen.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine dans la jolie et accueillante maison de Ruby et Guido. Nous avons été très gentiment accueilli avec toutes les explications nécessaires. C'est un lieu très agréable et reposant après des journées à découvrir Amsterdam et sa région. La gare à 5 mn à pied permet de rejoindre Amsterdam en 20 mn, sachant qu'il y a des trains toutes les 30 mn de 6h à minuit. Avec des cartes de transport Amsterdam et sa région (3 jours), nous avons pu revenir quand nous voulions à Overveen. Nous avons aussi profité de la proximité d'Haarlem. Nous n'avons eu qu'un petit problème avec le lit d'appoint (nous étions 5 adultes) et notre hôte est rapidement venu le régler. Merci à Ruby, Guido et Marian !

We enjoyed our stay in Pauline’s house in Overveen very much. We had our 4 teenage grandchildren with us and we fit comfortably in this family house. There is a grocery at the nearby train station in the town center and a great ice cream place and pizza place that the kids (and adults) really enjoyed. We took the bus to the beach and hiked in the National Park, as well as took the train to Amsterdam (several times), Den Haag, Leiden, Enkhuizen, and Rotterdam. All in all a very good time. Pauline was a very responsive host.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Marijes Haus. Es ist nicht günstig, aber hat einiges zu bieten: neben der tollen Lage - Meer, Natur, Haarlem, Amsterdam - ist es außerordentlich geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man üblicherweise braucht, von Handtüchern über Gewürze bis hin zu Fahrrädern und Fußbällen. Marije antwortet super schnell und hilft bei Fragen. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns im Haus von Isabelle wohl gefühlt. Isabelle war sehr hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und hat auch schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Sowohl Check-In, als auch Check-Out war sehr flexibel (Schlüsselbox) und wir konnten am Abfahrtstag auch unser Gepäck noch im Haus lassen. Sie hat uns gute Tipps zu der Umgebung gegeben (angepasst an unsere Bedürfnisse --> wir sind mit unserem 3-jährigen Sohn gereist) und wurden freundlich begrüßt (Willkommensgetränk für uns und unseren Sohn). Das Haus liegt in einer netten Nachbarschaft. Es gibt eine befahrene Straße gleich in der Nähe die man aber aufgrund der isolierten Fenster nicht hört. In unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 5 Min zu Fuß) gibt es eine Busverbindung sowohl nach Haarlem Station/Bahnhof als auch in die andere Richtung zum Strand nach Zandvoort. Nach Overveen Zentrum ist es auch nur ein kurzer Fußmarsch (12 Min). Das Haus ist auch groß genug für 2 Familien (zwei Stöcke mit jeweils Bad). Es sind auch für Kinder Spielsachen, etc vorhanden.

We (2 adults, 2 children) stayed for a week at this beautiful house. Pretty much everything about it was perfect. The house itself is stunning, and the children loved their bedrooms. The neighbourhood is peaceful, green and close to local shops (the local supermarket has everything you would need), a few restaurants and cafés, and the local train station. From the station Zandvoort was 6mins, the beautiful city of Haarlem 3mins and Amsterdam about 25mins. You could also easily cycle locally too. Fleur was a great host from our initial booking and throughout our stay. We tried out a few of the recommendations in the check-in guide and she was fast to respond when we had a couple of questions. We would highly recommend staying here in Overveen. Thank you Fleur and family.

We had a fantastic week in Overveen. Such a great base for a holiday with a supermarket, bakery and train station in easy walking distance. Beautiful national park a few minutes away by bike, and you can even cycle to the beach. Amsterdam is only 25mins by train, and Haarlem 5mins by train. We came from the UK by train and ferry and it was fine to stay without a car. We borrowed Anna's bikes to get around. The house was clean and beautiful, the neighborhood was peaceful, and the cats adorable and easy to look after. The kids loved the trampoline and swing, and the big TV! A home away from home! We would love to return one day.

What a gorgeous, well appointed house. There was a supermarket nearby and bus stop to get into the centre of Haarlem which was beautiful and very interesting with so many things to see and do. Hosts were very welcoming, wine, waffles and chocolate on arrival! Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you for a wonderful weekend break.

Kerry is an amazing hostess. The communication with her was very pleasant and uncomplicated. Kerry was available for us 24/7 and answered immediately to our questions. The house is fantastic, absolutely clean, tastefully furnished, very comfortable and fully fitted with everything that the heart desires. For the reception we were gifted a lovely presentbasket. The immediate proximity to the train station is wonderful, with some minutes of walking we were in about 10 minutes in the center of Haarlem orin Zandvoort at the beach. Thanks to the outstanding house anthe beautiful landscaped garden we had the perfect vacation wich we would very happy to repeat.

Johannas Haus ist genauso wie abgebildet und beschrieben. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sowohl der Garten als auch der Innenhof sind romantisch gestaltet. Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt sehr gemütlich und bietet alles, was man braucht für den Alltag. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Viertel mit freundlichen Nachbar:innen. Man kann zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Auto so viele schöne Orte erkunden. Wir waren 12 Tage vor Ort und hätten noch länger in und um Haarlem unterwegs sein können. Johanna ist ein toller Host: sie ist immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit gewesen und in der Kommunikation sehr unkompliziert.

We loved staying at Laras place! The house in Haarlem is the perfect location for trips to the beach and to Haarlem/Amsterdam as all is easily accessible by bike. Thank you for opening your home for us and keeping the original idea behind Airbnb alive :)

We must start with our host, Thijs, who is warm, really helpful, communicates lucidly and rapidly, and is his own best asset. His home is on one of the loveliest streets in Haarlem; all green, quiet, in a pedestrian and bicycle-only zone; walking distance to a canal, our favorite coffee shop in Haarlem, Maeve,, and just around the corner from our favorite breakfast and lunch restaurant, Ti Bissou. It is a short walk to anyplace one might wish to visit or shop in Haarlem. The apartment is just as pictured -- lots of light and spacious, but with privacy through very sensible design. The kitchen and bath facilities are excellent; the rest of the living space is clean and very comfortable. We did not get to use the small garden space due to the weather, however the view and light were always a lovely start to the day, as were the many birdsongs that began early and sweetly. Highly recommended; we plan to return.

Very nice and stylish house. Elisabeth provided us very helpful information for the house and for activities and was always available in case of questions. The house is very close to the small village centre and also close to the beach, Harlem and Amsterdam - Just perfect :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Marielle's! You can feel it's a loved home. I liked having a kitchen with nice pots and pans to use and bits of oil and spices to add to our meals too. Our son enjoyed the kids' toys very much, and they kept him well entertained. And after 2 weeks of traveling, having laundry on site was very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and an easy walk to the bus or train. We would stay here again!

Our stay at Charlotte‘s house was just wonderful. Everything was absolutely clean and very cozy. The Bloemendaal train station was just a 5min walk away and took us in 5min to the Haarlem city center and 25min to Amsterdam. The communication was extremely friendly. All in all we had a great time there :)!

Wir hatten als Familie eine tolle Zeit in Haarlem in der super Unterkunft. Super schön, alles was man braucht war da, ruhige und angenehme Nachbarschaft, immer ein Parkplatz vor der Tür und das Zentrum super zu erreichen. Bart & Jenny waren klasse zu erreichen und haben alles Relevante proaktiv mit uns geteilt. Zu empfehlen :)

Hi Thomas, What a wonderful family home! With several bedrooms — one for each of our kids — and a large kitchen with an actual swing, this house was perfect for our family. The interior is stylish and full of charm, with a relaxing sauna and a beautiful outdoor kitchen that made every moment feel special. The spacious kitchen quickly became our central hangout spot, and the swing chairs added a fun, cozy touch. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The neighborhood is peaceful and lovely, with both a supermarket and train station just a short walk away. From here, it was easy to reach the beach, explore Haarlem, or hop on a train to Amsterdam. The internet was lightning fast, making working or streaming effortless. Our children had the time of their lives, and so did we. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and full of helpful local tips. We truly enjoyed every minute and are already dreaming of coming back. A true gem in Bloemendaal!
