In 1 word: Wow! We enjoyed it so much there! We had nothing missing, very nicely decorated and this in a prime location. If you don't become zen here, then nowhere... Otto and Nathalie, you are more than worthy of the 5 stars!

Fantastic place, quiet, central for sightseeing, super equipped as a place and paradise! I would highly recommend as you can do a lot of tours of this place. The place is so beautiful, surrounded by nature and super comfortable for 6 adults. Warm and friendly welcome!

Absolute heaven. A slice of peaceful paradise. We stayed for just 1 night on our way through Europe with two boys aged 11 and 8. Within minutes of arriving we were swimming in the beautiful swimming pool, eating in the gorgeous kitchen, stroking the sweet dog and cats, playing ping pong, table football and wishing we were staying for longer. Highly recommend. Generous, kind warm hosts. Thank you for making it so memorable and special.

we couldn't fault Zsolt's place. we felt very at home and the place was perfectly located for our needs. And Zsolt was very helpful. we hope to be back and catch a warmer week-end to take advantage of the pool.

It is a very nice house in a beautiful area. There was everything present and as a welcome there was delicious apple juice and a bottle of Houppe beer. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We enjoyed. The house is really recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this Rbnb. The house has extraordinary charm, very clean and well maintained. It's in a great location. We had a great stay in the house. The fenced garden was worth its weight in gold with small children. the house is fully equipped, the kitchen is very modern, nothing was missing. The beds were also in very, very good condition. We had problems with the refrigerator, then we talked on the phone and a solution was found immediately. Too bad Nicolai didn't mention (at least I didn't read / find it) that there are also children's toys in the room above. Our son was particularly happy about the huge cuddly toy bear. Everything else in toys was more for girls, but that doesn't matter. we would come back at any time and book the house again.

Great location for trips to Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp. The apartment is complete with many amenities and space bedroom, bathroom, separate kitchen and living room. Annelies is hospitable, complete in her instruction and friendly in her communication. We enjoyed it from the beginning to the end and look back on a fantastic Pentecost weekend. Thank you Annelies and who knows, see you soon....

The house was very elegant and well-appointed, with lovely historic details as well as modern amenities. The bathrooms in particular were beautifully-done, with excellent features like a large tub and shower stall. The hosts were very welcoming and left plenty of information about the house, the neighbourhood, and various things to do in the city. It does have a lot of narrow stairs - if you have any mobility issues that make it difficult to climb stairs, it could be an issue, but it is a historic home with many original features still intact, so it adds to the flavour. The neighbourhood was lively, if a bit noisy at times, and there were many good restaurants nearby. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the metro, so it wasn't too difficult to get around. I also have to put in a good word for the hosts, who were extremely helpful when I had a question about where to find a drugstore after 8pm, when most local places were already closed. Thank you!

we enjoyed the beautiful house in a wonderful location very much. Unfortunately, the weather was not really bad, but inside it was warm and cozy. we would love to come back with nice weather. There's plenty to do nearby, so you definitely don't get bored.

We stayed as a group of 8 friends in Matthieus and Helenes beautiful home and really enjoyed our time in this quiet and grounding neighborhood. There was everything we could wish for an Matthieu was very helpful with all our questions and responded very quickly to messages. One of our highlights was coming down in the morning to classical music playing in the kitchen and enjoying the view into the green surrounding. Thank you so much Matthieu and Helene, that you share your precious home with guests. We will keep this weekend in very good memory and treasure this stay :)

We had a very nice time with our 20-month-old daughter. The facilities for children were certainly in order according to the description. There are no stair gates, but all the room doors can be closed, and the balustrade with bars is child-friendly, so this worked well for us. Mechelen is a super fun city with kids!

Very pleasant home with its comfort and a nice garden. A little far from the city on foot and a little steep access with its hills narrow enough to access but very quiet.

Very nice setting. Terrace looks out over meadow with cows. In the sun till late in the evening. Full privacy. Quiet and beautiful surrounding, perfect for hiking. Small chalet with nice and cosy interior. Be aware that it is basic: everything in the same room (kitchen, table, bed, shower, toilet...). Not able to cook (fridge, dishwasher, sink, coffee machine, oven, small microwave (not on photos)), but no cooking plates. Great terrace with jacuzzi.

Took a minute to find it was down an alleyway but no fault of the host, it was lovely and cosey we felt right at home instantly, would highly recommend!

We stayed with 3 couples and 2 children and had plenty of space! Clean and fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and handy with the air conditioning. You could immediately walk around and there were also some restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was very quiet. Laura was very communicative, recommended!

Our 4-day family weekend was awesome! Atypical accommodation, spacious, warm, all of which we like 🥰 a terrace to enjoy the beautiful weather and a trampoline and swing that our daughter loved🤗.
