Absolutely amazing apartment! Perfect kitchen and living room, beautiful balcony, and delightful hosts! Good location for accessing skiing and snowboarding in winter (by bus). The washing machine is very useful, and the bread delivery service was extra special! Made us feel right at home!

We had a very nice time at the Airbnb. In Wenns itself, unfortunately, much was closed at the time of our trip, but we were still able to enjoy the time very well in the beautiful surroundings. Beatrice was very friendly, responded very quickly and sent us a very detailed guide for our arrival and departure before arrival, which allowed us to arrive relaxed.

We felt very comfortable at Melanie's place and had everything we needed. Above all, the location is good, as you can quickly walk to the city center and also take hikes from the property. The house is right on the street, but you can't hear the cars when the windows are closed. The farm shop recommended by Melanie is outstanding and made our stay even better.

The apartment is super nice and spacious. Jeannine and her family are super friendly and I felt comfortable from day one. The apartment offers everything you need for a vacation. I will definitely return!

The apartment is very modern and simply top. You feel like home. We stayed with our 15-year-old daughter and her girlfriend of the same age for 5 days. There was a master bedroom and a room with a 140cm wide bed. From both bedrooms you came to the modern, well-equipped bathroom. Everything was very lovingly prepared for us. There were plenty of drinks in the fridge and fresh fruit and chocolate were waiting for us at the table. There was also coffee, tea, spices, oil, vinegar, cleaning products, etc. The kitchen is modern with everything you need. In the entrance area there is a ski boot dryer. The Achkogelbahn is within easy walking distance. There is also plenty to do in Ötz for non skiers. Ötz and the surroundings are very nice. Gottfried was always accessible and always very accommodating. We will be happy to come back and absolutely recommend Gottfried and his apartment. Unfortunately, the time was over too quickly

The accommodation was very clean and spatially great for two people. The hosts took very good care of us and always asked if everything was okay. Upon our arrival, we immediately received tips for our vacation and so we were able to discover great hiking trails that we would not have found right away. All around top and recommended 🥰

Great vacation apartment with the best hostess. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled - everything you could need is there, and there are excursion tips to go with it. The apartment is very nice and tastefully furnished, very clean, the roof terrace is very large and invites you to eat outside or relax. The location is optimal, many hiking trails start from the apartment, there is also a large thermal bath in the village, Sölden is not far away. There are outdoor swimming pools and bathing lakes everywhere and a wide range of hiking opportunities. We had a wonderful vacation!!!! Thank you!!! We'd love to come back:-)

A lovely, spacious, and fully furnished apartment in the heart of Ötztal. Many shops are within walking distance, including supermarkets, a drugstore, and more. It's also easy to reach various hiking and via ferrata routes by car. A free parking spot is available right next to the house. Finn and his family have been incredibly kind and helpful — we felt very welcomed during our stay. Thank you and wish you all the best!

The communication with Vlad was great (very fast answers and very courteous/helpful) and also the apartment was very clean/modern. In addition, we were able to check in very flexibly (arrived at night), Vlad was always available and also had good tips for activities. I can only recommend it and will definitely come back!

We were in the accommodation for a week in early/mid-June 2025 and are absolutely thrilled. The area is fantastically beautiful, especially for nature lovers. Numerous hiking trails of varying difficulty right on the doorstep - very quiet location and friendly people. The hosts are extremely friendly, open and likeable. We would have loved to stay longer and would recommend the apartment, which was very clean and cozy (with incredibly beautiful views of the mountains) to our friends without reservation! A total of 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you for the wonderful holiday experience.

We felt right at home in Nadine's sparkling clean and cozy apartment. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the terrace and dining room views are spectacular (our only regret was we could not take those home with us). We very much enjoyed our stay, thank you Nadine.

The most wonderful stay! Christian made us feel so welcome, and was very friendly and helpful. Loved the view from our apartment, we could sit outside for hours drinking wine and eating cheese and crackers. Our baby loved the farm animals, and we were able to feeds the Donkys carrots! We enjoyed the stay with the very beautiful view. The Airbnb has all the necessary amenities; bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, bath products but also extras such as olive oil, herbs, honey, tea, coffee, a refrigerator filled with drinks, a pasta meal, etc. There are useful functions such as lights that automatically turn on as soon as you pass. Mobile phone charging cables were also provided. The terrace is a wonderful place to be. There are several walks departing from the Airbnb. Furthermore, it is also the ideal base for visiting the sights in the area. In 5 minutes, you can be in the village with shops and restaurants by car. Johannes himself welcomes you with a clear explanation of the stay and also responds quickly to messages. We found it such a pleasant stay that we booked an extra night.

I loved it, great starting point for ski tours/hiking, very quiet, good Wi-Fi for working, a 10-minute walk to the supermarket.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Excellent private place in the mountains for anyone who wants to get lost in the wilderness but with some moderns amenities like Sauna and Jacuzzis. Get your own food and drinks because the restaurants are approx 20 - 30 mins away and so are the supermarkets.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed chalet. The view from the windows is absolutely stunning – waking up to that scenery was a true highlight. The facilities are incredibly modern and complete; everything felt brand new and thoughtfully arranged. One thing that really stood out was the furniture – not only is it stylish, but also extremely comfortable and functional. The sofa, dining area, and even small details like the lighting and fireplace created a warm, cosy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. I was genuinely impressed by how well everything worked together. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat!
