Perfect place to stay getting around is easy if you have a car

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

My husband and I have stayed in Coralli Spa many times over the years. We love the place, it is in a quiet, scenic location, the apartments have all we need, there are two pools and it is only a short walk away from all the bars, restaurants and attractions of fig tree bay. We loved this apartments in particular for the views, it is perfectly placed overlooking the main pool and the sea. The sunrise in the morning is a sight to behold. We would definitely book this one again.

Highly recommended! I had a great time at this thoughtfully designed, spotless studio in a newly built complex. It felt like home, thanks in large part to Monica’s helpful, proactive, and clear guidance. The property features a lovely pool, beach access, and a well-equipped gym. There's a supermarket just around the corner, and it's a perfect base for exploring Northern Cyprus. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is just perfect – central yet quiet, ideal for exploring the surroundings. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking easy for us. We especially liked the spacious balcony with the great view of the spacious pool, where we could spend many relaxing evenings. Marc is extremely friendly and helpful as a host, we got great tips for local restaurants and activities. We found the built-in faucet in the kitchen particularly ingenious, from which filtered drinking water came, as we like to do without plastic bottles. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely come back!

We are lost for words on the description of this beautiful villa. We stayed as a group of 6 adults and 1 baby, for our daughter's wedding in Cyprus. The villa was outstanding! it was so private and absolutely stunning with a dreamy ocean view that we loved waking up to each morning for coffee and a swim. The villa was spotless and as described. Maria was amazing at communicating at all times and we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone, and will be staying again . Genuinely a gem of a find and perfect on every way.

This is a beautiful home with a wonderful sea view. The house was clean, well equipped, and looks exactly like the photos. Athos and Rhea were very friendly, and easy to reach, they recommended nice places for us to visit during our stay.

Great place to stay, as peaceful as it gets near Ayia Napa, just the usual bikers using the motorway as a racetrack and kids on the beach buggies zooming past occasionally. Neighbouring villas are owner occupied so no noisy tourists to disturb us with drunken parties. VERY well equipped, towels galore, shoe rack, coat/coat rack, crockery and cutlery galore, every cooking utensil you could imagine, slippers, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, water cooler machine, a generous welcome basket. Did my walking around in white socks for 15 mins test and it passed with flying colours, very clean. Great uninterrupted view of the med to the south west. The infinity pool is great; owner comes every few days early morning to clean and today so you wake to a clean outdoor area each day. Bus stop to Ayia Napa just across the road. One of the best AirBnB’s we’ve had the pleasure of renting.

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is a very complete holiday accommodation! With a nice swimming pool, seats in front and behind the house and a reasonably spacious house, it is fine to stay there. Upon arrival we were surprised by a more than full basket of all kinds of food, also a stocked fridge and more than enough other stuff not to have to go to a supermarket right away for eating the first day(s)! The house has all the necessary necessities to cook, wash and stay! The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, within 5 minutes you are on the beach and by car the local supermarket is also reached in a few minutes (on foot about 25 minutes walk). A car is advisable to explore the island, public transport also stops close to the house. Svetlana responds particularly quickly to sent messages, unfortunately we did not see her personally to thank her. A perfect recommendation for a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Stian’s villa! The house is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the private pool—it’s beautifully maintained and surrounded by peaceful nature, making it perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the sun in privacy. The location felt very safe and quiet, yet it was still close enough to explore the nearby area easily. The villa had everything we needed, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Stian was a great host—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was smooth and respectful, and we felt genuinely welcomed. We’d absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay, and we’re already hoping to come back in the future!

We had a wonderful relaxing time at Villa Catalaya. The house is more than fully equipped, especially if you travel with children. There are playing areas inside and outside and our daughter adopted the owners cats from the beginning. As we stayed there in winter time the area was very quiet. So for us it was the perfect base camp to explore the island north and south. But most of all, Snow made our holiday very special. She is extremely friendly and helpful. All the best for her and her family. And thanks again for your hospitality!

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

after an initial hiccup with check in and air bnb helpline making this issue 100 times worse. The apartment and location was amazing and Paris resolved the initial issue and is an excellent host and would DEFINITELY stay there again . Its just a pitty the people at air bnb haven't got a clue what they are doing . But as for the apartment , the stay and host Paris, 5 stars 🌟

Everything was great. The owners were super friendly, check in check out was easy, the facility was great and the view teracce is really nice.

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.

I had a great experience renting this place. Fadi was extremely professional, punctual, and reliable throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The location is a major advantage—just a short distance from the city’s main tourist center, making everything easily accessible. The place is well-equipped, comfortable, and comes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
