Beautiful, spacious apartment with a large terrace, overlooking the sea. The city center, the beach and the airport are easily accessible. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. The host was helpful, always responding quickly to messages. The apartment is very good value for money.

Loved my stay here for one month. The place is just so convenient if you love to cook and need a supermarket next door. It was a little difficult finding the place from the address but the main thing is to navigate yourself to Polinos kebab which is next door. The host is lovely and gave lots of brilliant recommendations. Safe to say I will visit again. Thankyou :)

We absolutely enjoyed our holidays in this accommodation with pool! The apartment was clean, modern and perfectly equipped. The pool was a highlight of our stay - the water was always clean and the loungers were comfortable. The location was also ideal - quiet yet close to the supermarket. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation and would be happy if we could come back. Kash was brilliant from start to finish. As soon as we booked, he saw that we had a baby coming with us and said he could sort baby chair and cot which he did. Our group were all arriving at different times and Kash sorted taxis for us all from the airport. Even when my travel plans got changed, he sorted things so that my son and family were looked after. The villa is in a great a location, in a quiet road just 5 mins from restaurants, bars and a big supermarket. The pool was brilliant for us and more importantly for a 11 month grandson with a good choice of inflatables. Also, the pool man came twice while we there to check the water. I can't thank Kash enough for looking after us!

We loved our time in Efi's place. It's perfectly situated for exploring the east coast of Cyprus, with lively Protaras to the south and smaller, quieter, picturesque beaches to the north. Some nice bars and beaches were within walking distance for when we didn't want to drive. The neighbourhood is also very peaceful. Parking is good, as are other facilities e.g. washing machine. Recommendations were helpful as were Efi's quick responses to any questions we had. We had a very restful 10 days and would stay again!

The villa is everything you see in the pictures, just perfect. Fantastic location, no real need to drive if you don’t want to, supermarkets, bars, beaches, restaurants etc all within a short stroll. Nikos is a really friendly guy, nice little welcome pack of essential food items and his wife even made us a traditional Cypriot dinner, Kleftico. Nothing is too much trouble for Nikos and I would highly recommend the villa. We will definitely be back 😎

We went with 3 families with 2 children. The rooms were clean and sufficient. Since it was in the castle, it was accessible to many places by walking. The host was very helpful. We had no trouble checking in and out with easy key access. If we go again, this is our first place to review.

A good host and the location is very, very good, the air conditioners work very well, the hot water is not enough, but if you ask for help, it will be resolved…

Emine is a great host, place was very nice seconds walk from the large pool and slides, large supermarket recently opened right next to it which is great. we had an amazing time and kids loved it. It’s few minutes drive from all the great restaurants and fun fair and all other amenities. Never seen a better host than Emine and her husband, very responsive and helpful and great local knowledge on where to eat visit etc. can’t wait to go back there again next year.

Considering the short time we were there. We were made to feel right at home, with lots of understanding and flexibility from Stelios. Amazing host and would 100% visit again

The two of us stayed in this penthouse for two weeks. Pleasant modern apartment with space for four people with large roof terrace. Well furnished and equipped with great air conditioning. It is on the second floor and is reached by stairs. The resort on which it is located is safe and clean and is a residential neighborhood with young families. The pool is close, just far enough away to not be bothered by any noise and close enough to walk into bathrobe. There is a small, well-equipped supermarket within a few minutes walk. There is still a lot of construction in the vicinity of the resort. The hostess provided a lot of information about the area. There were many tips for exploring the region and for restaurants. Renting a car turned out to be necessary. In addition, the hostess arranged the transfer to and from the airport. A big plus for this property that is only 1.8 km from the beautiful North Cyprus beach.

It was a small but very sweet holiday. The pool and slide were very enjoyable, we had a lot of fun and made good memories. Thanks for everything!

I enjoyed my stay in Thalassa. The apartment was as presented and I really appreciated the balcony and resort amenities like beach chairs, indoor pool, and gym. The yoga classes on the beach with the excellent teacher Acelya were a treat! For me, the location was a little isolated, especially without a car. A trip to the grocery store was $30 r/t in a taxi. And a taxi from Ercan Airport was $125 o/w.
