We loved staying here and using it as a base to explore Protaras and the area. Place was lovely,exactly as pictured. Good location, supermarket straight across the road and close to all shops/restaurants,all within 5 min walk. Had all equipment you would need for your stay ie hairdryer,iron, washing machine,kettle coffee machine etc Great place to go and enjoy a nice relaxing holiday or busy if you want to make it,plenty to do in area. Will defo be back in future

Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and given a guided tour of the property. There was ample parking close to the entrance, which helped with unloading. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was seating outside where we could eat. It was quiet and we slept well in a comfortable bed. The wildflowers in the garden attracted lots of butterflies and a variety of birds visited the surrounding trees that were in blossom.

We had a great sta, the house is clean and well equiped. Martinos was easy to reach and very helpful

Everything was very peaceful and beautiful. Nice swimming pool and short walk to nice quiet beach. Comfortable beds. Good choice of restaurant and markets nearby. There is Air conditioning but unnecessary with nice breeze from many windows. Private place to park our car and ample free street parking. Can leave key in box in case there are more than one person in group and you have separate plans. Thx

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is a very complete holiday accommodation! With a nice swimming pool, seats in front and behind the house and a reasonably spacious house, it is fine to stay there. Upon arrival we were surprised by a more than full basket of all kinds of food, also a stocked fridge and more than enough other stuff not to have to go to a supermarket right away for eating the first day(s)! The house has all the necessary necessities to cook, wash and stay! The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, within 5 minutes you are on the beach and by car the local supermarket is also reached in a few minutes (on foot about 25 minutes walk). A car is advisable to explore the island, public transport also stops close to the house. Svetlana responds particularly quickly to sent messages, unfortunately we did not see her personally to thank her. A perfect recommendation for a wonderful vacation!

Big and airy alpartment in a convinient place. It has a good feel, 10 min walk minutes to the nearest beach and 5 minutes to main strip in Pernera. The appartment had everything for a comfortable stay. It was alwas a breeze so we hardly used the air con despite the temperature resching 30 c some days Can comfortably accomodate 4 or people as it has two big bedrooms. the only draw back was building work in the area but this seems to be the case everywhere in the areas of Protara, Paralimni, Kapparis and Perneras. But if you are out and about during the day should not be a bother . Jan does mention this in her description.

It was very kind of the host Mr. Ceyhun to call us in advance and get our check-in information and to greet us with a smile at the door. It was an admirable move to buy small gifts for our children and to make an effort to make them happy. We had a very nice holiday. Everything you want is available at home, and even if it's not, Mr. Ceyhun makes an effort to find what you want. When we entered the house, everything was sparkling clean. The rooms were very tidy and clean. The pool enjoyment for the children was completely different. Barbecue and sunset in the evening are wonderful. This house is at a level to meet all your needs in Cyprus. It would be great to stay in this house again on our next visit. I recommend it to everyone. We would like to thank Mr. Ceyhun very much for offering a perfect holiday with all its beauties. Thank you very much, Mr. Ceyhun, for your efforts. Everything was very nice.

Şarafi’s apartment is the best place to stay in Famagusta. Şarafi is an attentive host who helped us with queries and ensured we were happy with the apartment when we checked in. The apartment was very clean with great ac, lots of outlets and lots of cupboard space. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen is also great and has everything you need. We would happily stay here again

The views from this villa are absolutely stunning! If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful mountain retreat with a big, clean pool then this is a perfect spot. Sunsets and sunrises can be seen from the porches and the property is surrounded by beauty. The gardens are also well kept and beautiful! We ate most meals on the front porch to enjoy the view. The house is very spacious and perfect for a large group. The beds are large (which is usually hard to find) and the living room has lots of comfortable seating and a large dining area. Our host was very kind, responsive, and attentive to our needs! He takes good care of his property and is always available to help when needed. He sent us lots of good local recommendations. The house is also close to Turtle beach, and only 9 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. I definitely recommend this house as a perfect vacation spot for families!

Firstly, the friendliness of everybody we met in Cyprus was noticeable. Everyone went above and beyond and as a tourist abroad you really felt appreciated and that they wanted to share their beautiful country with you. The apartment complex has multiple buildings and we felt safe and comfortable all the time we were there. 3 pools to choose from and all nice and no running for sunbeds! Water was quite cold in April for our children but they were old enough to lay in the sun or play cards etc. Hot summer weather the water would be a relief no doubt. A short walk to pubs and restaurants and the food is at times incredible. Fresh and full of flavour. Great coffee shop close by when you need that extra kick too. You can get a bus (102) a short walk away that will take you through Penera and on to Protaras which has loads of choice of bars and restaurants and is livelier in the evenings, really cheap on the OSEA bus too. Bolt taxi service also runs locally from the app too.

Great, freshly renovated villa with everything you need for a holiday

Really enjoyed our time at the flat. The resort area was great, with a few good restaurants and pool/water park. The flat was clean and in good order, with everything you need. We’re already talking about going back!

Extremely pleased with our stay. The host was very caring and responded very quickly and descriptively to every question we had from before booking to the moment of checkout. We felt really safe and well hosted. The house was very clean, well maintained and comfortable as seen in the photos. The location was great, you can reach the sea in about 10 minutes by walking. At the same time, being located in the compound provided a great advantage; there were three different swimming pools, two different gymnasiums, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, butchers, casinos, even an amusement park right near the house. The house had everything we could need: kitchen equipment, fresh towels, linens, shampoo, shower gel, soap, even small but thoughtful details. Which made the stay so much more comfortable. In short, everything that helped us have a peaceful and enjoyable holiday was available. Thank you again to the host. Would recommend with peace of mind!

The host finds immediate solutions to your questions and problems. He was also flexible at check-in and check-out times, it was a pleasant stay.

The house we stayed in was very good in the location, but there was a serious hygiene problem in the bathrooms, I requested cleaning, but it was very unsanitary even though it was cleaned, at least supplies such as bleach should be available in the bathrooms for such situations

This is one of best Airbnb experiences I had! Margarita and Lambros are exceptional hosts, Very welcoming, super helpful and very friendly, the are always there for you! Very generous as well! They even invited me to coffee and let me stay for a very late check in! Lambros was a great tourist guide he helped me a lot with recommendations! His recommendations are ACE! I will definitely come again as I strongly recommend their in the heart of Ayia Napa centre flat! Thank you so much Lambros for being very thoughtful and helpful!🙏🏻🫶
