Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ötüken

The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

The house is simply beautiful, you feel right at home. Every day we enjoyed the great sea view and the sunsets. The furnishings of the house are simply great! It has everything you need. We would book again anytime.

We loved our time at Cape Greco Bay View Villa! Marie-Line made the check in process smooth by meeting us there and showing us around, even though it was late in the evening! The villa’s location was perfect for us, peacefully tucked away just outside of town, surrounded by beautiful scenery. Well equipped kitchen, BBQ with stunning views of the sea, and a pizza oven which was great fun one night! We were travelling with two small children, and Marie-Line truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She had thought of everything — from cots and high chairs to a great selection of toys and even a potty, which made all the difference. This was our first time visiting Cyprus, and we were made to feel so welcome and at home at Cape Greco, and we're already looking forward to returning!

We had an absolutely wonderful 16-day stay at this fantastic accommodation in Cyprus with our two children. The place was perfect for a family – spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was excellently equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable for us during our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded very quickly to any questions we had – truly outstanding hospitality. We had a completely relaxing and carefree time here, and we can recommend this place without hesitation.

We stayed here with a group of 11 friends and had an amazing time! The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfect for a large group. Great location, close to everything we needed, and the host was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again – highly recommended!

I would say it's a hidden gem, especially for those who have a car. It is walkable to a huge supermarket and a fast food restaurant. It is only 4 km from the border crossing. The house is nice and comfy. It is beside the ghost town. I highly recommend this place for local and international visitors. The kitchen has full equipment for cooking. Thanks

Asolutely beautiful apartment, in lovely peaceful, quiet area. YOu require a car but there are plently of restaurents a short drive away.

Very nice apartment, very guiet and peaceful and clean. Balcon was very big 👌 Beach was quite far from apartment.

The apartment was lovely and in a great location with an on-site bar/restaurant. The pool was fantastic and was quiet and relaxing. Can’t fault the hosts. Always responsive and provided clear instructions on arrival. You do need a car to get around but that’s the same anywhere you stay in the North. Would definitely stay again!

Appartment was as described, nice experience.

Large and bright room in the middle of a residence full of every comfort including market bar restaurants but also basketball football volleyball and swimming pools. Very comfortable as a foothold for all the best points of northern Cyprus. Highly recommended! Thanks Lindsey

Great modern apartment with everything you need and plenty of space. Huge balcony, great pool area. We checked in after midnight and the host was really helpful with quick messages and facilitating checking in so late

The house is nice, older than it looks in the pictures, there is a construction site nearby and during the day there is noise, in terms of location everything is within walking distance and the owners really came to meet us during check-in and check-out, the communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay in the apartment

Lovely apartment, but the outside space was what made it really special. It felt like a penthouse suite. Only criticism is that blackout blinds in the bedroom would be better and could do with new bath towels. Other than this, fantastic place and very central.

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.
