Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ötüken

We spent 2,5 weeks in the Maya’s apartment. It’s lovely home-away from home place. Excellent location close to Malama beach and Kapparis restaurants. Apartment is on the second floor with direct view from balcony on community pool. There is elevator for 4 persons. Kitchen has everything you need for long stay and it’s new. Living room is connected to the kitchen and has exit to the balcony. There is table and 4 chairs there snd we had nice dinners “under the stars”. Every room is equipped with new AC, all works. This place is excellent for families with kids, our little one had lots of fun there - pool any time or beach close by. Malama beach is closest and best for kids among all near by. It’s long walk shallow with well warmed crystal clear water. Take your snorkeling set and you can enjoy some fish watching. Building has free parking but you can manage there even without car. “Metro” is very close by walk. The only thing are “blackout” curtains - they are not that lightproof.

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Der Aufenthalt war gut und die Gastgeber sind immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Det bästa air-bnb boendet hittills ( av många). Som barnfamilj kände vi oss väldigt hemma. Fanns allting vi behövde ( potta, spjälsäng, matstol, leksaker och balanscykel). Äldsta (3 åringen) cyklade på balanscykeln varje dag till stranden. Startpaketet med mat var väldigt bra, då vi var väldigt slitna efter att ha rest i 9 timmar med småbarn. Området är lugnt och autentiskt. Restauranger och matbutiker finns inom gångavstånd. Stranden, Malama beach, var väldigt rent och barnvänlig. Pratar redan om att komma tillbaka och bo här igen! 💛

Kaum zu glauben aber die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern! Man hat einen atemberaubenden Ausblick über die ganze Skyline. Die Villa ist ein perfekter Spot für den Sonnenaufgang. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber gewesen. Lediglich das Sofa ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat einen etwas eigenartigen Geruch. Ein funktionstüchtiger Grill wäre auch schön gewesen. Dennoch empfehlen wir die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten erst Angst, dass die Villa nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern ist. Aber wir wurden nicht enttäuscht sie ist wunderschön es gibt einen super Service alle drei Tage circa kamen Putzkräfte die Handtücher ausgetauscht haben geputzt haben und die Betten gerichtet haben. Das einzige Manko war, dass manchmal das Wasser in der Dusche etwas gebraucht hat, um warm zu werden.

Super appartement : avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour cuisiner, une bonne literie, le wifi.... et impeccable!!!!!! Youri est un hôte avenant, disponible. Il veille à ce que le séjour se passe bien. L’appartement se situe dans un complexe comprenant 4 piscines, sauna, jaccuzi, aires de jeux pour les enfants, salle de sport.... et à 5 minutes de la plage (qui est agréable) et à 15-20 minutes de Famagouste (pour une visite culturelle)Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances en famille. N’hesitez plus et venez chez Youri !!!!! Merci beaucoup Youri et au plaisir de revenir chez vous.

We stayed for few months. The owner and her daughter are really nice and always ready to help with any issue. It is cheaper acommodation so you can’t expect luxury there, apartment is spacious though. All the issues we had were promtly resolved. It is few minutes from the promenade/beach and it has everything for day to day life nearby. I can definitely recommend.

We had a pleasant stay! Communication with the host was easy and clear, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The flat is in a quiet area, ideal for getting a good night’s rest, and it looks exactly like it does in the photos. While it could have been more thoroughly cleaned, the overall comfort and accurate listing made for an enjoyable stay. Thanks again for having us!

Andros ist der beste Vermieter, den man sich vorstellen kann! Seit der Buchung immer in Kontakt, fürsorglich, hilfsbereit, freundlich- ein ganz besonderer Mensch! Schön, dass ich dich kennenlernen durfte! Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Andros hat mir einTaxi vom Flughafen organisiert und mich persönlich und mit Willkommensgeschenken empfangen. Danke! Ich habe 14 Tage alleine hier verbracht und habe mich die ganze Zeit absolut sicher gefühlt. Man kann hier ohne Bedenken als Frau auch Abends alleine unterwegs sein. Der Blick von der großen Terasse auf Strand, Palmen und das Meer ist zu jeder Zeit ein Traum! Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral-die Altstadt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, die Bushaltestelle, mit der man in die entfernteren Städte kommt und der Strand sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sie ist gemütlich und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freue mich jetzt schon darauf!

We had a fantastic stay at Lenos’s place! The villa has a truly authentic feel that made the experience special and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the bathtub was a great bonus for winding down. Lenos himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to enjoy everything easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.

Uns hat es bei Maria sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Einen Tag wurden wir sogar nicht frischen lokalem Gebäck überrascht. Nur zur Info es gibt bellende Hunde in der Gegend, die meist morgens bellen, wer mit offenem Fenster schläft, sollte Oropax benutzen, aber das ist nichts worauf Maria Einfluss hätten nehmen können. Eine Schlafmaske sollte man ebenfalls besitzen, weil es morgens sehr hell wird im Schlafzimmer. In der Nebensaison ist das eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blick und fantastischen Sonnenaufgang! Wir können es sehr weiterempfehlen.

Çok güzel, sessiz, sakin, içten ve sıcak bir sitede bulunan daire havuza ve plaja yürüme mesafesinde. Çocuklu ve çocuksuz aileler için mükemmel bir seçenek, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Such a beautiful home, the villa had everything we could have needed. Absolutely stunning, even nicer than the photos in person. Waking up here every morning was brilliant. Peaceful setting the villa is very looked after, has a lot of character and thoughtful decor. Could recommend it more. Its situated walking distance to the beach, to the supermarket and a restaurant. We enjoyed at day at the waterpark which was brilliant. I would recommend a hire car when staying here just to allow you to visit some of the beaches and restaurants further along the coast.

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The pictures shown here just do not give it justice on what a beautiful view you get while staying here. It was extremely peaceful, tranquil and relaxing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Also the rooms had a lot of features and were definitely not lacking in amenities, they each even came with their own AC system. Kaya was an amazing host during our stay and provided us with everything we would ever need and more. He gave us full freedom to do what we would like to enjoy our holiday to the fullest. He also gave us directions and advice on what to do and where to go in the area. The surrounding garden areas were well kept and beautiful as well, there was a gardener that maintained it daily. The pool was one whole other level as well. It was always clean and the water was the perfect temperature that allowed for swimming even at night (If you weren't noisy) as the pool was lit with lights around it and inside the pool. Having a rental car is a must as the area is quite rural and the nearest shop is 10 minutes away (and one very nice beach is also located behind this shop named Tempo) We will definitely return again and can't wait to visit!

В жилом комплексе имеется хорошая инфраструктура - несколько ресторанов, кафе, магазинов, в пешей доступности пляж, шаттлы до пляжа и обратно, сауна, несколько бассейнов, спортивный зал. На сайте не указано, но электричество и вода оплачиваются по выезде из квартиры отдельно и взымается депозит в размере 200 евро. В целом отличный вариант для спокойного отдыха.

świetny apartament i lokalizacja, blisko na baseny do sklepów i restauracji. Demetria był bardzo pomocny i szybko odpowiadał na wszelkie pytania. Na pewno wrócimy w to miejsce

We were 10 guests and we had a really nice time at the Villa. The staff replied fast everytime we needed something and they were always ready to help us. The place was nice and close to the city centre too. We would definetly come back again
