Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ottawa River

I had a long stay at Hanan's (four weeks), and she made sure that everything was perfect: quiet, clean, safe, nice, completely hassle free, just exactly what I needed at the time. She's also just incredibly nice and friendly, and went above and beyond to be make sure I was comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here for any duration of time, it's in a location with connections that makes it very easy to get downtown, or any other place in Ottawa. I’m a local from Ottawa and stayed in this Airbnb for a month. The hosts were exceptionally kind and accommodating, and checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. The space was spotless, and the backyard garden was a truly beautiful. I highly recommend this stay to any medical students or residents rotating through the Ottawa General Hospital. It offers comfort, convenience, and a peaceful atmosphere.

Karen's place was great. The location is the perfect distance to downtown and the Parliament Building. Very easy access to the highway if you are traveling away from the city center.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment- everything was just as described and Marina was extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is well situated to access the local shops and the train into downtown Ottawa is 5 minutes walk. No need to use a car as once you get off the train everywhere is walkable. We enjoyed waking around Parliament Hill and Rideau. Would happily recommend staying here. 5 ⭐️ 👍🏻

Plamen and Bianca’s place was very clean and it was a great rest spot for our night’s stay.

We had a great stay! The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The space was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic for what we needed. The bedrooms did run a little warm, but there were tower fans to help circumvent that and keep things comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Diane’s place. She patiently responded to my many questions. The apartment was as described and does not feel like a basement at all. Conveniently located to bank street either by walking or an inexpensive uber. Previous guests have mentioned the sounds from the above tenants but I didn’t find it intrusive at all. Since I travel to Ottawa frequently, I would definitely stay here again.

Alex's place was great! It's very peaceful and nice area, while being close to recreation, restaurants, bars and all that downtown Ottawa has to offer. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed. The outdoor space is really nice - and would be even better in warmer/drier weather :) I would highly recommend Alex's place!

We had a wonderful time at Katie's unit. the views from the balcony were among our favourite aspect of the stay. It was very tidy and well organized. All of the basic items were available. There are restaurants and shops conveniently within a 10 min drive away. Overall, we were happy with our stay!

Sheila is very responsive and helpful. The bed is large with good quality mattress, 2 TVs in different rooms, kitchen is very fully equipped, balcony has great lake view and in a position with privacy. This home is the best in our experience.
