Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ottawa County

We had wonderful experience staying at LuAnn’s & Scott’s home. It was cozy and beautiful. Both Scott and Luann were so kind and thoughtful. Little Dough is so adorable and such a playful puppy. Thank you for sharing delicious muffins and granola with us.♥️ We can’t wait to come back again! 😊

Really enjoyed this house for bachelorette trip. We were close to town and it was a peaceful and clean environment. They did state that some TV services were complimentary though they did not have logins for those services, therefore they were not what I would call “complimentary” as you still need to use your own profile for them. Also was under the impression we’d be a bit closer to the water but it was a 1/2 mile walk. The virtual instructions for the walking path were really helpful! The hot tub was really great and clear instructions for use were provided. The owners are very kind and respond quickly via the chat feature. Would recommend this place for a large party for sure!

Highly recommend for families with young children! The space is very kid friendly and has lots of fun toys. Hosts were excellent at communicating and making it an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Thank you!!

Cute house, plenty of beds and places to sleep. Great restaurants in walking distance. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond while staying. The only recommendations would be to have a fire pit, the weather was great and would have loved to spend more time outside.

Great place especially last minute as we were in town for a funeral. Host was very gracious and accommodating.

The only difficulty we had was locating the “yellow door”. We arrived very late in the evening after a concert and it was a little difficult to identify the entry. We even doubted we had the right place lol. That being said, the accommodations were really comfortable and clean, and as we have an interest in homesteading lifestyle, we were really impressed with the grounds at their place. I’m hoping they don’t mind but intend to incorporate some of their inspiration into the off grid cabin that I’m in the process of building! Especially the chicken coop and the outdoor gathering area! I recognize that it is not traditional to meet up with hosts, but in this case I had hoped to meet them! Unfortunately, we didn’t have that opportunity… Which has no bearing on living a great review… while not traditional in nature to rent a private room within a primary residence (for me anyway!), it was very comfortable, and I would definitely do it again!

This is one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. Rob’s B&B truly felt like a home away from home. It was clean, cozy & charming. The breakfast was wonderful and Rob was incredibly welcoming and kind. We will look for a reason to come back to Holland just to stay at Rob’s place again!

This place was EXCEPTIONAL. Beyond the amazing location to all the fun spots downtown, the hospitality was unmatched. The thoughtful breakfast in the morning to the friendly family owning and operating the B&B - we could not more highly recommend this place for a quick getaway. We will be coming back!

We came to Holland for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day festivities with friends we have there and needed a place to stay New Year's Eve night. Rob was proactive in his communications and instructions were clear. We didn't get to our room, #8 in the clinic/carriage house building, until almost 2 a.m. and the room was warm and inviting and clean and just what we needed. The bed was comfortable, extra items were available in the room (blankets, pillows, fan, noise machine) we slept quite comfortably. We didn't partake in the continental breakfast as we were meeting our friends for brunch, nor did we go inside the main house so I can't comment on either but during our check-out Rob continued to be great with communication. I'd definitely stay here again but maybe stay in the main house next time to experience that.

Best BnB in Holland area! Rob is very friendly and has his spot set up nicely. Easily walk to downtown or get over to the beach. Recommended for people passing through!
