Cooperstown All Star Village baseball park is just 3 minutes drive from our home. Welcome to ,,One Charming Suite” A second floor private entrance invites you to a cozy, clean and comfortable queen sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the lower level there is a stationary bike for a quick work out if desired. Tea kettle, coffee maker mini refrigerator are provided. We have a kitchenette set up available for our guests. Welcome to The Bearberry Suite at Cooperstown Lodge, located just 3 miles from Cooperstown Dreams Park and 4 miles to the Baseball Hall of Fame. This is one of 3 units at The Cooperstown Lodge. This cozy suite offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, modern amenities, a relaxing atmosphere, and access to a refreshing inground pool and large second story balcony. The entire suite is upstairs in the lodge for stairs are a must to access the property. Large yard has wiffle ball and volleyball!

Village Suite Walking Distance to Everything

This guest suite has all the comforts of home. It's a comfortable walk or bike ride to the Hall of Fame, historic downtown, the Farmer's Museum and beautiful Otsego Lake. A 24-hour grocery store is around the corner and we're close to the trolley that will take you all over Cooperstown in the summer. And it's only a 10 minute drive to Brewery Ommegang. Please note, there is no TV or cable in the suite. Just Wi-Fi.

Sleeping Lion Lodge Suite 3, sleeps up to 5 guests and offers a living room, full kitchen, private queen bedroom with en-suite bath, a sunroom with a twin bed, trundle sofa in the living room, and a large deck which it shares with suite 4. *We are an rental agency working on behalf of the homeowners, as such there are additional requirements such as a rental agreement and a credit card hold for a damage deposit.
