The view from the room + balcony is amazing. Plus they have the friendliest staff! The kayaks (which are in great condition) and the private dock were the best parts of our stay. Thanks for providing coffee, tea, and water too. Make sure to get dinner at Nixtamal in town, the best restaurant in Bacalar!

What a nice place, beautiful decoration and good amenities. The room is perfect for a short stay in Bacalar. Everyone who took care of us was super friendly and, despite the fact that we checked in almost at midnight, we had an excellent arrival without any complications. Thank you thank you thank you

It is a clean and very comfortable accommodation, with clean beds. You can enjoy its garden plot, which gives you the feeling of peace and rest. The shower is perfect, with clean towels. The room is cleaned daily. The hostess is a source of wisdom, which makes your stay magical. The location is very comfortable as it is between the federal road where the ADO ( buses) is located and the lagoon.

Everything is amazing, facing the beach and muuuy near the lighthouse. The rooms are a bit hot for being made of wood but is resolved with the air conditioner. They're rustic and very simple, simple. The TV, not having an antenna, does not cach the channels, but they give you a USB with movies. With the essentials to have someplace to sleep. Being made of wood, you can hear everything from the cabin upstairs. If this doesn't really bother you, it's a great option. The reception service is very good. They help you at all times

Enjoyed our short trip to Xcalak. The owner was responsive and flexible and the local team were very kind and helpful… and they make awesome food! We were on the fence about having most of our meals there but are really glad we did. They were incredible! Condo was spacious and looked like the pictures but there were a few minor things that needed attention. There was no hand soap for any of the sinks and no drinking water left inside the unit (there were bottles in a cooler at the main dining area but we didn’t know about them until our second day). Power was out both days due to work in the area so they had a generator for use of electricity after 4pm which was appreciated for having AC while sleeping! Looks like they’re doing a lot of improvements so we’re excited to see the changes. Beds were comfortable and pier was amazing for stargazing! We’ll be back!

We only came for one night because we had an event. However, we enjoyed it a lot. The rooms are super spacious and clean. The mattress is very comfortable. The pool is adequate. I only recommend some mats for the shower as it can be a little slippery. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity

The location of the Hotel is super quiet beach area and the Beach club area is unbeatable, the attention since you arrive is cordial and attentive. Definitely a place to stay again.

Juliana is very friendly and any questions or deliveries of utensils. She was always very attentive. The Ksa is very comfortable and big. We enjoyed the stay.

The place honors the name, a paradise within paradise. A very quiet and relaxing place to rest and connect with yourself. They have several hammocks to rest and the view from the balcony is nice. Also the upper terrace is very nice at night. Alexia, the girl at the reception is very friendly and attentive, she helped us a lot in our stay. She has our special thanks.

I appreciate the kindness of Bernardo and the staff who work on the facilities, a very nice place, clean and quiet. It is located is a very quiet area, 2 blocks away from the avenue and very close to the ADO bus terminal. Definitely a place to go back.

It is a quite nice hotel, up to the top they are remodeling but super nice view, easy access to see the sunrise a few blocks from the pier, cafes around delicious, all really very in order and clean, the parking lot a little small and can be filled but you can leave it outside and it's okay.

A hotel with a good location, arriving was very simple and the staff was very friendly during our stay, it is definitely a place to return to.

Very nice apartment block. It’s not so far from Centro that a walk downhill is out of the question, but far enough that you avoid any of the noise pollution (if any). Our only issues is that the address listed is a whole street, so it was a little difficult to locate at first, additionally , we had a room right next to the entrance/reception, so we heard most people coming and going through the night and morning. Other than this, Guadalupe was great to deal with. There were a few things off place in the apartment that we mentioned, and he fixed almost instantly. There’s also an in house laundry service for a reasonable fee, if you’re planning a longer stay, or have been traveling for a while

Antonio and Ñora, who own the house, are very welcoming and friendly. Good conversation around the table. The room was clean, cozy, and had great design. The hammock on the balcony was wonderful for relaxing and reading in the afternoon. Nice view of the lagoon. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to relax!
