super recommended, exceeds expectations really. the pool we didn't use it because we were always out. The only thing for which the location does not qualify excellent, is so that it is taken into account, that this beautiful stay only suits those who bring a car or enough money to spend in taxi. if they plan to go to the beach club walking it will take them approximately 25 minutes. in car 5. but the spectacular stay, they were inconveniences that were fixed immediately by the reception, if they wondered what? the refrigerator did not cool because some previous host had moved it and then we did not realize and the food that was meat became unhealthy but not incomparable. besides the light was some time and so this was oblivious to the facilities, when we saw that it was not coming back and that it was already going to be dark we just left. From there in everything 👌

If you are looking for tranquility, isolating yourself from society and a good rest, it is the place! Very nice, very pleasant and very comfortable. They really take advantage of being in the middle of nowhere and will enjoy it. All are attentive in Aqua Viva They're gonna love it!

The place is absolutely cute - comfortable, spacious, and perfect for families and friends alike. I traveled with my children and my parents, and we were all very comfortable with the facilities. Also, the host's directions and recommendations were clear and very helpful. I highly recommend it, we are more than satisfied!

The place is beautiful, the house is in the middle of nature but complete with the amenities as described. Julia was wonderful, always available for anything we needed, and even present when there were problems with the house. We really enjoyed the kayaks available and also the paddleboarding, the volleyball/badmington court, the private beach, and all the very friendly staff. I definitely recommend this house for a beautiful vacation.

Our stay was pleasant. What I liked was the privacy and security of the place the host was always attentive , the managers of the place were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was at a disadvantage was the location already 30 minutes from Bacalar and we were not able to know more places but outside that it is a very nice, quiet and very private accommodation. You rest very well 😌🥰

The house is very nice, it has everything you need. The lagoon is spectacular, there are kayaks and lots of peace. The staff attention is excellent. I highly recommend them to hire the food service since the house is 30 minutes from Bacalar centro and there are no restaurants nearby. It is also important to wear repellent.

A dream holiday home! What a view to wake up to. And the space is wild, so many birds (they’ll wake you up!), and we saw a fox, monkeys, many butterflies and more. The lake is gorgeous, we took the kayaks and paddle boards and it was a great experience. The stars at night are so beautiful - make sure to check out the rooftop! We used the kitchen and all essentials were there, it’s well equipped. Everything is as described, just note that the fourth bedroom is really really small (we didn’t use it).

This was a great place with a great host! We felt welcomed and very in tune with Mexico as a whole. Would recommend to any adventurous travelers.

let me tell you we felt like movie stars in this place. the house was beyond beautiful , it was 8 of we split up into two and each couple had there own space with their own bathrooms & there was still a lot of space unused ,it was private ,secure ,with beautiful lagoon in the back yard beyond our expectations. Bartolo the house manager was extremely helpful, kind and received us with a smile he was there for whatever we needed , then there is Mirna she is in charge of cleaning the house she kept the house clean everyday and always showed up with a smile she was extremely helpful ,having a clean space everyday made the house enjoyable even more than it already was . They got us in contact with a private chef and his crew they were amazing food was great and worth the price . We accidentally left a wallet behind and between Bartolo Diego and Pedro they got it back to me Al the way to Tulum with everything in it can’t be more thankful for the best experience of our life .

Super clean and with spectacular views. I would only recommend a community kitchen area in case you want to prepare your own food. Everything else was excellent!!

The house is very nice and the complex is super nice, everything is new and modern, the spaces are smaller than the photos show and The only one that is isolated from the center and there is nothing in that area. The beach club is very nice, but the staff is super rude. 😒

A real oasis to relax and come down. Especially perfect for families. We felt really comfortable in aqua viva. The space itself was really nicely decorated and clean. The beds are a little harder for those for whom it's important to know. You depend on a car if you stay there. There is hardly anything around it except forest, so you drive a bit through the forest to the accommodation. However, you can easily order purchases and dishes from restaurants in the accommodation. By car, you can also easily get to Bacalar itself quickly. Be sure to book a boat tour. The Bacalar lagoon is just beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Bacalar. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We have lived my wife and my little son of 1 year 8 months a pleasant instance that gave us the opportunity to meet some wonderful people who are Pablo and his family. They have been the best hosts we have had of all the trips and stays we have had for this platform. They have a fantastic place that you can tell that they have been building it with a lot of love. Beautiful villa. Modern and well appointed and maintained. Responsive host. Reception was extremely helpful. Property was very clean. Has food delivery available from local hosts which was a big perk. Pool was fantastic, and the surroundings are lush jungle and beautiful. Highly recommend the massages. The associated beach club was not very nice. If you do go, drive don’t walk. Will DEFINITELY look to rent this unit again the next time we are in Bacalar.
