Welcome to Lu Residence! We would love to host you in our second project. We really hope, you will like it same as the first house. This time, we would like to present you another apartment house that has been exclusivelly prepared to please your stay in Oswiecim / Auschwitz. You will stay in a very old (from 1897) house with lots of stories that has been fully renovated and prepared to host our Guests! Cozy studio / apartment (60 m2) in the attic with kitchenette and bathroom. In the vicinity: city center, valley 3 ponds, Academy, University art and culture. My place is good for: couples, solo adventures, business travelers and families (with children). Studio is one of two separate attic apartments one for you my second floor below is located the Renovation Center you can use the exercise beds.Recently, construction has started in the neighborhood and sounds can be heard during the day 🏗

Mieszkanie o powierzchni 45,08 m2 składające się z dużej, widnej kuchni (wyposażonej w sprzęty AGD: piekarnik, lodówka, płyta gazowa, okap, zmywarka i pralka), przestronnego salonu z wyjściem na duży balkon, sypialni oraz łazienki. Moje miejsce jest dobre dla: pary, przygody solo, podróżujący w interesach oraz rodziny.

Spacious and modern apartment decorated in a warm climate (approx. 50m2). The apartment consists of a large bedroom and a living room combined with a spacious kitchen and dining room. Located in a typical Silesian tenement house, in the very center of the city. One of the few places in Katowice with a direct view of the river flowing through the city center. The apartment is on the ground floor with a private entrance from the patio (no stairwell).

For rent is an air-conditioned apartment for up to 8 people in a new multi-family building. It consists of: two bedrooms, a living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. There is a TV, free Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, an iron, a coffee maker, and a hair dryer. We provide our guests with bedding, towels, and toiletries. We also offer tickets to the Energylandia amusement park in Zator with a 5% discount.

I will rent an apartment in Oświęcim located in a residential building on the 1st floor. It is designed for up to 4 people. It consists of: 2 bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has a TV, WiFi, bed linen, towels, a hairdryer and free parking in front of the residential building.
