Holiday rentals with beach access in Ostuni

Apartment in the historic center of Monopoli on two levels. On the first floor: a living room with a panoramic window overlooking the sea and two bedrooms, one with a balcony directly overlooking the Charles V castle and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a fantastic terrace equipped with a table and chairs for breakfast and lunch and sun loungers: the real gem of the house with a lovely sea view. We were greeted by Cesare, who gave us various tips and made us park outside the center, and then took us home with our suitcases. We were there at the end of May for the Ukulele festival and we will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful "nest" 2 steps from the historic center. Apartment decorated with care, and a big plus: the 2 beautiful terraces! Domenico and Lucrezia were very friendly and very flexible on check-in! Don't hesitate if you're looking for accommodation to spend a few days in the charming town of Polignano a Mare!

Amazing place with SPECTACULARLY UNFORGETTABLE sunrise. Never been happier to get up so early in am to witness the sunrise colors of the skyline every day. Everything in the apartment is immaculate and extremely well kept, including the extremely accommodating host which greatly contributed to a fantastic Apulian experience.

We were very pleased with our stay. Host Giacomo was very responsive and always answered our questions very quickly and satisfactorily. The apartment is optimal for two people, very tastefully decorated and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare small meals yourself. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was pristine and even more inviting than the pictures show. The area offered lots of shopping and so many delicious restaurants. Raffaele and his wife were so friendly and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! Ciao!

11/10 spot! Amazing location, incredibly friendly staff (Maira was so lovely), beautiful views. We had a fabulous stay with our 2 kids and would book again in a heartbeat. We miss it already!!!! Really walkable and in the mix but also had privacy. Truly a perfect experience.

Absolutely LOVED this condo! Great location to everything, great view, super spacious and Simonetta was extremely helpful with giving us local recommendations or anything we needed. This location is walkable to everything - old town, bus or train station, restaurants and had a grocery store right across the street. And the coffee machine in the condo was incredible!! Highly recommend this condo for a stay in Monopoli. Gracie!

We had a nice stay, located in the center of Monopoli, within walking distance of various restaurants and attractions. The place was not difficult to find and we were given clear instructions and tips in advance where you can park your car for free. You get a typical stay in a 4-storey home with turnstiles which may not be easy for people who are not able to walk. It was very neat and especially the roof terrace was wonderful to start your day in the morning with a coffee.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the year, and these were by far the most lovely I’ve ever interacted with! The property is beautiful. We came in October so it was more quiet than during the summer, but the beach was wonderful and very closely positioned to old town Monopoli (though not walkable if that’s what you’re looking for). The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you’d need to cook (which we did) and the patio is spectacular looking at the Adriatic (we ate all of our meals there). The hosts provided tons of recommendations and I’d recommend to anyone!!

We had a lovely stay with hosts responsive to our issues and miscellaneous questions. Very nice apartment in the heart of the historic Monopoli district, perfect for walking in the evening and shining in Puglia during the day! We highly recommend this place and will be happy to stay there again!

Everything about Mimma,s premises excellent,location ,10 mins walk from train station, restaurant s 2 mins walk.The facilities in the premises are exceptional. My wife and l celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary wanted something special and Mimma,s premises did not disappoint .You will not be disappointed choosing Mimma,s premises.😎

We had a truly wonderful stay at Vincenzo's place for two nights in early May. The apartment is beautiful, light and airy and the terrace overlooking the sea a great place to relax. The bed was super comfy, and we loved listening to the waves at night! Water, oil, balsamic and some nibbles supplied, a Nespresso style coffee maker (and a small Italian coffee maker) and a few coffee pods. Everything was clean and fresh, we didn't cook but there was ample equipment. There are two flights of steep and narrow stairs from the street. With small cases we found it difficult to get them up the stairs without banging the walls, it would be tricky with a large suitcase. There is another flight of narrow stairs from the bedroom/bathroom level to the kitchen, then one double height step to the terrace. This was not a problem for us but could be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. Anna was really responsive and helpful with local suggestions and well spoken English.

Beautiful town and the villa was very local! Close to everything! Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking a challenge as small streets but a car park is very close. Great roof top terrace with sea views.

Phenomenal stay in Polignano a mare at Silvia’s!! Definitely reccomend for your stay in a phenomenal location!!! Silvia was a great host and super communicative whenever needed!

Lanzilotti was a wonderful host— since we bike-packed to the location he made extra accommodations for us by giving us a safe place to store our bikes and made reservations for a taxi for our early departure to the train station. We were blown away by his kindness and the beauty of the surroundings, and the general setup of the BnB. However, the true beauty is in the nearby natural attractions and local people, you can’t beat the beaches and water of Specchiolla, it was a pristine and uncrowded paradise in October. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return!

Rossellas house is located within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes) from Castro Maria. The house features two beedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and several terraces overlooking the see. When longing for a swim in the see you can go to Cala dell´Acquaviva which is a small but very lovely beach located just a few minutes from Rosellas house. At Cala dell´Acquaviva you find a kiosk and a very good restaurant. You can also go to Castro Marina where the old harbour has been turned into "swimming-area". Longing for more urban activites, you will reach Lecce be car in approx. 40 minutes.

The city is exciting and the accommodation allows you to walk through all the central points with tranquility at any time. Market next door, proximity to the center and a beautiful waterfront! We went by car to visit neighboring cities and it was essential to rent the garage separately with Vito, it is almost impossible to park in the neighborhood (the spaces are reserved for residents or non-existent). I emphasize that the house is a unique environment with a partition between bedroom and living room. Vito offers a special check-in and guides you on the main tours, restaurants and reservations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, perfect for our needs. Parking available and walking distance to restaurants. Very welcoming host very generous and thoughtful. Will definitely stay again ! Grazi Mille
