The apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet house, there is a public free parking in front of the house, behind the house is a nice grassy yard without traffic. Quiet environment, lots of green space. Shops, restaurants, and sports venues are within walking distance. TRAM stop is 5 min walk, BUS stop is 3 min walk. TU-VŠB is 2 tram stops, Dolní Vítkovice area and center about 1 min by tram.
