It has a size of 35 m2, consisting of 1x living room and 1x bedroom, 1x small kitchen-living room ( stovetop, sink, fridge) and 1x bathroom with shower. Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as satellite TV and Wi-Fi. One free parking space on the premises can be used. It is 20 meters to the Müritz, there is a bathing area. The city harbour, city centre and national park entrance are a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment itself has been newly refurbished with a lot of love for detail. It is located on the first floor facing south/west. On the south side there is a 5 m long balcony, with a gorgeous view into the treetops.

The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over Lake Templin make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and our own sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
