Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ostfildern

I was here for a few weeks and the accommodation is really well suited for that. :) Although close to the airport, there is a night flight ban and otherwise you rarely hear anything. It is a very quiet area. You can be at the train station in 15 minutes or quickly on the main road or highway to explore the area. The neighbors are also very nice. Thank you, Antoine, for your hospitality!

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is more spacious than the photos show. Manuela met us in person to give us the keys and show us the laundry room and trash rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street and everything in the town of Ludwigsburg was easily walkable! We had children with us so we appreciated the dedicated washer and dryer in the basement laundry room.

Exellent stay! Host was very responsive and helpful. We had to trouble her a couple of time but she takes it very dynamically. Place was exactly how it looked like in photos. Nice and clean! Would come back.

This was one of our favorite stays on our entire trip — Steffen’s apartment truly exceeded expectations. In fact, the apartment looks even better in person than in the photos! It’s spacious, filled with natural light from both sides, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We especially loved the thoughtful layout, the dedicated office room (a rare and welcome feature), and the calming, beautifully styled decor. You can tell a lot of thought and love has gone into designing this place. Every detail, from the decor to the layout, feels intentional and welcoming. Communication with Steffen was smooth, and on check-out we had the pleasure of meeting his kind and friendly mom. A couple of things to note: the projector is a nice touch, but a standard TV might be more practical. A microwave and in-unit washer would also add convenience. Still, these were minor things in an otherwise exceptional stay. Highly recommended — we’d love to return!

Apartment in a well-furnished basement, with all the necessary comforts, very clean and equipped with excellent equipment. Cool, despite the hot temperature outside, not humid. Mohamed was a discreet and impeccable guest, helpful for getting information on how to get around. The surroundings are quiet, a residential area, with few services, although large supermarkets can be reached both on foot and with a tram stop the tram takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center, ultimately a very nice and quiet place, a bit "in the countryside" and a bit in the city.

We stayed with Willy and Sina during our exam and felt very comfortable. Both are very friendly, courteous and always available. The apartment is nice and bright and spacious. The bathrooms are modern, the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday stay. The roof terrace is perfect for a relaxing breakfast or dinner. The view of the airport and the television tower is especially worth seeing at sunset.

Super equipped accommodation. Check in easily. Stay very relaxed thanks to quiet residential area. Next time I would take my own pillow for the bed, it was a bit hard. Laundry and everything was great! Apartment very clean. I can fully recommend the apartment and Alice as a host.

Everything is great, as always! Small criticism of bedrooms on the upper floor: there were hardly any ways to hang clothes here. We will be happy to come back

Just perfect, I can't even understand how this got only 4,99 stars and not 5,00. This was just freaking amazing! We had an awesome time there and the place just felt amazingly good. Everything is so thoughtfully and wholesomely created!

We had a great stay. The house is charming, clean, and comfortable. The keypad is easy. All of the amenities were great and new. The place has 2 toilets and 1 shower. We could have used another shower for our 7 guests, but it was fine. It's a very comfortable and clean house. It's walkable to a train station. Now that I better understand Stuttgart, I would have rented a car. The house has parking. But it's also very close to a train station.

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic place. More fun than staying at a hotel. Short & easy bus ride from the rail station. Views from the bedroom are great and the outdoor deck is a nice place to relax. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the old downtown area is a short walk away. Bathroom is clean, spacious with a comfortable sized shower area, which is pleasant compared to the cramped "phone booth"-style showers I'm used to in Germany. I did not take full advantage of the kitchen facilities, but it seemed to have everything you need in order to cook your own meals with a supermarket right up the street. Nick was super easy to contact, accommodating and met me on site and gave me the tour. Never had to reach out since everything worked and nothing was missing. Thanks, definitely my favorite Airbnb bookings to date! Thanks!

We had a fantastic time staying at Helga's place. This was our first holiday with our daughter (7 months) and we especially wanted to recharge: the garden, the beautiful spaces, the location and the surroundings appealed to us. It was a very nice stay: there were cozy seats everywhere, both inside and outside, in the kitchen there were all cooking utensils so we could cook extensively, Helga was incredibly hospitable and regularly brought us fresh eggs and thought along with outings and if we needed anything. In addition, we had all the privacy and no one was bothered by (nocturnal) howling - so that we were also very pleasant for us. In short, all the ingredients for an amazing stay

Very quiet location. Friendly owners. Nothing was missing. A very quiet and comfortable neighborhood. Has a nice tiny house ambiance. I can only recommend it.

Alain’s place was fabulous, can’t say enough about it, it’s better than the photos. And all communication was fast and clear, checkin was smooth. Overall a great experience.

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!
