Holiday rentals with a patio in Ostfildern

Here is my feedback after 3 days spent in this apartment, with my family, 2 adults and 2 children. Regarding the accommodation, everything is available for our well-being: coffee, sugar, candies/chocolates (to the delight of our children) paper towels, salt, toilet paper, towels, hair dryer, iron, clothesline etc... It was very clean, quiet and modern. The indoor parking space is a big plus. You can even access the accommodation from the parking lot, in case of rain it's great. Kris is a very kind, helpful, responsive and good advice person. Thank you again and we wish you and your wife all the best😊.

The apartment was very clean!! Easy to reach by public transport

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is more spacious than the photos show. Manuela met us in person to give us the keys and show us the laundry room and trash rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street and everything in the town of Ludwigsburg was easily walkable! We had children with us so we appreciated the dedicated washer and dryer in the basement laundry room.

The house was very nice, clean and as it appeared in the photos. The host was a very good and caring person, answering every question I asked very quickly and kindly. All the statements he shared before the stay were correct, I did not encounter any surprises. I thank him very much for being a reliable and hospitable host. I recommend it with peace of mind.

Very clean apartment and also very peaceful

I really enjoyed staying in the small apartment. I was looking for peace and quiet and a break and found it there. It was super cozy and everything you needed was there. The family was always easy to reach and very friendly. The surroundings are very quiet, there are many shopping opportunities and you can also get to Esslingen, Göppingen or Stuttgart quickly by train. Everything is great and thank you very much.

Nice apartment in Stuttgart

We felt very comfortable in Besa's apartment. It was very clean, bright and friendly. Everything was within walking distance. Small drawbacks for the street right by the house and a few missing cooking utensils. Ex: Salad bowl, teapot, peeler. Thank you

If you want to travel by car, You won't have any trouble finding a place to stay. Above all, I liked the communication with the owner of the house.

We booked the accommodation for our two exam weeks and felt very comfortable there! The accommodation offers everything you need for a stay! The two bathrooms were also great, so there was no congestion in the morning and we could go to the exam without stress! Communication was great! It was especially great that Faruk was so flexible and very accommodating to us! Gladly again!

We stayed at the accommodation for 3 days and felt comfortable from the start. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the important appliances. The roofing of the terrace was perfect as we unfortunately also had some rain. The garden is well kept and beautifully landscaped. We recommend the place at any time.

a very nice spacious large house. The space exactly matches the description. Even more spacious than expected. nice with all the height differences in the house. not recommended for people with mobility problems. Beds could be a little softer, slatted bases were noticeable but this may be a matter of taste. highly recommended!

This was the perfect place for my husband and me to stay in while visiting friends in a neighboring village. It had everything we needed, and I would highly recommend it to others. Thank you Katja!

Great Host, great flat!

Really cool place! Almost felt like a tree house which was a cool experience. Easy to access, great communication with the host, super peaceful location! Was a nice retreat.

Fantastic! It was a really nice stay! Accommodation: superbly equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything is very lovingly and high-quality furnished. There were even small towels in front of the door to clean the dog's paws. As in the description there was an animal alarm system, but this was known and also not disruptive. Location: Fantastic! The view from the conservatory was like in the picture book. From the property you could directly climb a hiking trail, perfect for people and dogs. Will definitely come back!

Great apartment with everything you need! Also very suitable for longer stays (washing machine, iron & ironing board etc). Host Patrick is extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful at all times. Glad to come back!

Super nice and neat apartment. Location is quiet.

Stefan was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless, and had a nice deck with chairs to sit on. Walked most places we needed to go, and Uber service was quick and reliable when needed. Laundry Mat just around the corner was convenient and had directions in English and German. Lots of stairs, so if you have a challenge with climbing stairs, be aware, no elevator. Highly recommend Stefan and his place!

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

We felt very comfortable in the stylish, well-equipped and cozy apartment. We also enjoyed the terrace overlooking the garden and the beautiful walnut tree. The location of the apartment was optimal for our needs - hiking, excursions, restaurants and quiet location. Communication with Steffen was very good, he was always available, super friendly. Only we were surprised that the TV could not receive TV programs (e.g. ARD, ZDF, etc.), which would have been nice for us as an "older semester". Overall, however, we definitely felt very comfortable, would be happy to come back and can definitely recommend the apartment.

We felt very comfortable in Thierry's place. Everything was as described. Thierry is super friendly and even fulfilled a small special request for us. We would mist definitely visit again.
