Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Osterøy Municipality

Staying in Tyssebotnen in little family farmhouse full of history made our dreams come true. This cozy home surrounded by an incredible yard full of berries which leads to a private dock is just amazing. If you like being in pure nature in an authentic Norwegian home with just a touch of modern Scandinavian interior design we highly recommend this place. Askild and Kristoffer are very pleasant and always helpful owners.

Hege’s place was great for our group of 7 and we had a wonderful time staying there. It was a great home base to explore Bergen (15 min drive) and the surrounding area. Hege was extremely welcoming and even offered to shop for us the day of our arrival. She helped us get oriented to the house the first day and was very responsive while we stayed there. She even gave us a fantastic recommendation for where to get a delicious traditional Norwegian meal. I highly recommend Hege’s house for travelers exploring the Bergen area!

What a unique place with a fantastic view. This house is close enough to Bergen for trips into the city and far enough away to enjoy the surroundings in a relaxed and quiet way. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. The beautiful terrace, the trampoline for the children and the separate gym are really a great addition. On arrival there was a booklet with lots of useful information about the house, including a guide with maps and descriptions of walks in the area. Communication with the owner went very smoothly. We enjoyed it immensely with our family. Highly recommended.

Large house with much space. Highly recommended, especially for families with children. All the technical know-how when you got out how everything works, very comfortable. Bright rooms with wonderful views. Time to clean up should be scheduled.

We appreciate all the details Julia put in to make her apartment so comfortable, like electric outlet adapter for foreigners, microwave oven, quality appliances. The bathroom is large with a good shower and a sitting bench. Dedicated parking near the front door. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Quick & easy communication. Good value. Highly recommend.

Great experience staying with Åsa! Friendly and service-minded. She met us when we were checking in, and we had a nice little chat. Nice apartment with very good beds. We are picky about beds, but this was tip top. Very quiet, while at the same time it was central. Nice to have a parking space in the yard! We would love to come again!

Awesome place for a quiet stay in Bergen, not far from nature. Beautiful and well maintained property, superb walking paths few minutes behind the house, easy access to downtown, nice views from the balcony. Eldrid is an outstanding host. Her warmth, hospitality and genuine care made our stay very comforting and enjoyable. Everything was perfect, from the comfort of the apartment to the welcoming atmosphere she naturally creates. Very comfortable apartment in a quiet location with a nice little garden to sit in if the weather allows. Only one thing to point out, it's a bit of a walk uphill from the centre which we didn't mind at all as the view from the apartment over Bergen is stunning. Would highly recommend.

Dear Gunhild, We thank you from the heart for the wonderful time in your apartment. From the very beginning, we felt very comfortable. This is mainly because you immediately feel that you care about the guests and their well-being. It started with the very warm welcome, even though it was already after midnight, and continued with the detailed tour of the spacious, cozy and very well equipped apartment. We lacked nothing, neither in the bathroom nor in the kitchen, everything was perfect! In addition, your always noticeable care: The fresh and well-filled fruit plate, the free, filtered drinking water, your inquiries about our health, the rental of umbrellas and the many nice conversations and so on. We lacked nothing! At most a little sun or at least snow, but nobody can do anything about the bad weather in the Norwegian winter. Thanks again for everything!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation and with the communication with Siv who was always very responsive and kind! The view from the house is breathtaking, the accommodation is easily accessible even without a car. We highly recommend this listing!!!

The accommodation is super cozy and very tastefully furnished, we felt right at home. Spectacular view of the sea from the terrace and living area ml We were particularly pleased with the additional equipment for our baby. Nothing was missing and so we could all spend relaxed days together :)

Nice peaceful place with the water just in front of the boathouse door. You stay above the boathouse and can see the trains and the cars go by. Rustic and cozy. Portable chemical toilet and shower with river water.
