Zentrum Paul Klee, two supermarkets and the tram stop "Ostring" are within walking distance of 10 minutes. The apartment is just a short drive from the Autobahn and there is parking available. Bus 28 stops around the corner.

The apartment has 2 separate parts (see below for details). There is no elevator.
