Lovely cottage only 400 meters from the beach

Cozy and well-maintained cottage within walking distance to child-friendly bathing beach close to forest and nature. The house is on one level with room for 5-6 guests and an annex with room for 2. In the bedroom there is a bed of 160x200 and in the living room a sofa bed of about the same size when it is turned out, in the other room there is a bed of 120x200 where there is room for 2 children/young people. The annex contains a bed of 140x200, it is insulated and has a radiator. Some will think that 7 adults are too many due to the size of the house.

The house is located 4 km from one of Denmark's most beautiful and best beaches in Bønnerup and coastal stretches along the Kattegat. In Bønnerup is also Denmark's best fish shop, waffle bakery, possibility of activities by the water-winter bath club oma. The house is centrally located with really good shopping opportunities in Glesborg and Grenå. There are plenty of woods, walking routes, wildlife, and high ceilings. A nice newer family friendly year-round summer house in the woods - 109m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. It is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and wifi that covers the entire 3000m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is available on Saturdays. There may be some bugs at times.

We are in the middle of Djursland's lovely nature with opportunities for bike, running and hiking. Lübker golf resort and Djurs Summerland are 10 km away. Our house has 4 bright rooms, a large living room, a lovely terrace and a lovely garden. Come and enjoy the holidays here!

Only a short walk to the cozy fishing harbor and marina and the beautiful sandy beach. In the village and at the harbor there are cozy cafes, restaurants and a fishmonger as well as shops. The street in front of the house is quiet and not very busy.
