At the end of the cottage is an outdoor kitchen with cold water, oven and hob. A nice terrace. A little from there a toilet building with toilet and sink with cold water. No bath. Bedding, linen and towels are included in the price. Breakfast can be purchased. Within walking distance is Himmerland Football Golf and Open Garden by appointment. Near Rebild Bakker and Rold Skov.

From the living room there is direct access to partially covered wooden terrace. The primary heat source is an air to air heat pump. The house is equipped with WIFI from Fiber Internet and the possibility to use Apple TV as well as SONOS sound.

The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. The house has a heat pump. There is also a large terrace that provides shelter and sun all day. The children will love the swing and sandbox.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Huset er med udsigt direkte til standen og legepladser. Fremtræder moderne lys og venlig. Der er kort afstand til bymiljø med restauranter, indkøb og iskiosker m.m. samt en smuk lille havn. Det er muligt at køre og cykle til lille Vildmose(centeret) Køreafstand til Vikingeborgen Fyrkat i Hobro samt den smukke Mariager fjord. Området arrangerer mange aktiviteter for børn og voksne. Der er ofte musik på torvet.

For the family who wants to be close to everything. The centrally located cottage has a fantastic view of Kattegat, and a short distance to shopping and restaurants etc. With 3 rooms and a large bathroom you can be up to 6 people in the house. The large bathroom has space for a wheelchair for shower and toilet visits. Only 110 meters down the closed road is the lovely child-friendly beach. Here are small waves, shallow water. & 20 m. to a Water park.

Unfortunately, we DO NOT rent to groups of young people. We recommend that you are not more than 4 adults in the house for everyone to have a good experience. There is a double bedroom. Annex with double bed. Sofa bed in living room.
