Perfect for those who love to each other, as there are nice hiking routes in the area. Also to explore Mellerud/Håverud and the surrounding area. In Håverud there is, for example, an aqueduct that is over 150 years old. Close to swimming/camping, about 5 km, local trade/shopping center in central Mellerud. Padel center is a few km away. In Mellerud there are also good train connections between Gothenburg and Karlstad.

The property consists of 2 smaller cottages, both with a balcony towards the water (incl. outdoor furniture) Wonderful nature, mushrooms and berry fields right outside the door! Rowboat for rent. NOTE: Cleaning is not included! The house should be left in the same condition as upon arrival, otherwise a cleaning fee will be added.

Close to, among other things, nice swimming areas, hiking trails and Not Quite with exhibition and café. The accommodation is simple. There are 2 90 cm beds and a sofa bed that is 140 cm when unfolded. Kitchen with fridge and freezer available. Toilet is available but there is NO shower. Sheets are not included but can be purchased. Also, the possibility of using a washing machine can be purchased.

Here you live in spacious (75 m2) apartment in converted barn with all amenities, fireplace and patio with lake view. Just 300 meters to Kabbosjön with beach and jetties. Here you can see wild animals roaming by such as deer and fox. You can enjoy nice forest walks, paddling, berry and mushroom picking. The accommodation has a master bedroom with a sofa bed. Living room with exit to patio and a sleeping loft with two single beds. There is a single bed in the living room as well.
