The flat is located in a the historic part of Innsbruck - St Nikolaus. We have good public transport connections and free parking on our property. The flat is on the first floor with a generous balcony with a beautiful view. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed, TV and a single bed. In the living room we have dining table, TV and a sleeping couch. In the second bedroom with have a second double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Also we have a fast internet 150/50Mbps.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in Garmisch-Partenkirchen im Ortsteil Burgrain direkt am Golfplatz und zeichnet sich durch die ruhige Lage sowie einem traumhaften Blick auf die Alpen aus. Die Wohnung wurde 2021 neu renoviert und verfügt über ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. Sie bietet Platz für 2 Personen ggfs. mit kleinem Kind (1 Doppelbett sowie 1 Schlafcouch in einem Zimmer). Auf der großzügigen Terrasse können Sie verweilen und im Sommer auch grillen.

Fußweg zu S-Bahn sind 15 Minuten. Von der S-Bahn Station Steinebach zum Münchner Hbf dauert es 40 Minuten.Der See ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).
