Modern bathroom with corner bath and rain shower, washer-dryer use, small garage. Relax in the outdoor seating area in front of the house. You are in the middle of the historic old town and still sleep quietly.

The living and dining areas have a dining area overlooking the countryside and a couch with TV. One double bedroom, two more with 3 single beds, a bathroom with shower/bathtub and a separate toilet are available. The large terrace invites you to relax summer evenings.

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.

The apartment is located in a rural part of Winnenden. Downtown is about 1.5 km away and a shopping center is about 800 m away. The surroundings are very nice. There is a bus connection that takes you to the nearby train station and thus also quickly to Stuttgart. By car, it's about 25 minutes to Stuttgart. There are many vineyards here that invite you to take a walk. Free Wi-Fi is available.
