We had a great stay in Johanna's apartment! There were seven of us there and the space was absolutely sufficient – the apartment is really spacious and ideally suited for a group of this size. Everything was as described, very clean and tidy, and everything was thought of: There were enough towels for everyone, the equipment was complete and functional – we felt comfortable immediately. The location is nice and quiet, ideal for relaxing, and a private parking space was also available – very convenient! Check in and out were completely straightforward. We would also like to highlight Johanna as a host: She was always friendly, accessible and helpful. You can tell that she really welcomes her guests. We can fully recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back!

We were in the apartment over the weekend to explore the area around Altmühlsee and Brombachsee. An ideal apartment for this. The Altmühlsee can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, the Brombachsee by car in 20 minutes. Gunzenhausen, with its beautiful old town and good restaurants, is also only 8-10 minutes away by car. The apartment is perfect for 4 adults (there were only three of us), it is very spacious, modern, has a nice large balcony with good views. It is a quiet area to relax and feel good. The kitchen is well equipped, all the necessary things were there, even dishwashing detergent, dish towels and tabs for the dishwasher. A bottle of water and pads for the coffee machine, as well as tea, were also available. Very attentive! I highly recommend the apartment. Thorsten is a courteous and friendly host, gives many tips and is always helpful. Thank you so much for letting us be guests here.

What a great accommodation, wonderfully quiet. Very happy in these warm days, everything was present. Good atmosphere. Beautiful terrace.

Marietta’s place is lovely and in a wonderful little village. Everything in the apartment was clean and comfortable. The apartment is spacious and well-stocked. Maritta is very kind and welcoming and her in-laws who live downstairs are delightful. We hope to stay again one day!

Very helpful and friendly hosts,very attentive. Our car's battery died on the day of leaving and Michael helped us with that. Communication is super. The place is beautifully furnished,clean and has everything you need. Recovered after my surgery and felt safe and peaceful here. Check in was smooth too. Highly recommend!

an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment, the best one we've ever stayed at :) it was perfect. impeccably clean, fresh smelling bedding and towels. comfortable bed. lovely furniture, modern barn style house with absolutely everything we needed. stunning little garden area surrounded by beautiful views and birds singing. honestly I can't say enough good things about this beautiful place. if I could pick it up and take it with me for the rest of my travels I surely would. Happy to come back again and again. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. We will gladly spend a few days of vacation there again.

The house is located just a short drive from Legoland, which was very convenient for us. Anna gave detailed instructions on how to get in and also allowed us a late checkout at no extra charge. The house was big and clean. It has a big open kitchen and coffee machine. Most of the rooms are upstairs, which might be a challenge if you have heavy luggage. But there is also a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. There was also a lot toys to keep the children occupied. The driveway is shared with another house behind so it can be a bit narrow if you're driving a bigger car.

Heike’s place was so homey and relaxing! It was the perfect spot to explore the area and be able to come home at the end of the day and make a nice dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean. Great shower. Heike was good about communicating with us. We loved our stay!

We stayed with a group of friends for a few days – and it was just great! The entire house was very clean, lovingly decorated and has a very special atmosphere with its unique wooden flair. The location directly on the water is fantastic and offers many opportunities for activities and excursions. A real highlight was the stiltsauna – an experience we will not soon forget! The host Michael was super friendly, very helpful and communication in advance as well as on site went absolutely smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Fantastic! It was a really nice stay! Accommodation: superbly equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything is very lovingly and high-quality furnished. There were even small towels in front of the door to clean the dog's paws. As in the description there was an animal alarm system, but this was known and also not disruptive. Location: Fantastic! The view from the conservatory was like in the picture book. From the property you could directly climb a hiking trail, perfect for people and dogs. Will definitely come back!

The accommodation keeps what it promises from the first impression to the furnishings, leaving nothing to be desired. The reception Piccoli sparkling wine and sweet treats give the impression of appreciation. 🤩Exceptionally good kitchen equipment and the Bosch coffee machine also fulfills all the wishes of a 5-star product. Surprisingly, both coffee beans and dairy products were available. All other aids in the kitchen, such as equipment, salt, sugar, etc., were also available. The balcony invites you to linger. Everything is very clean and in good condition. We will keep this accommodation in good memory and will be happy to book it again when the opportunity arises. Thank you 👍

Super nice hosts, great apartment, especially suitable for families, the huge trampoline right outside the door is great for children.

Elena's home was lovely and we enjoyed our stay in Ansbach very much! We would have just a few suggestions to improve the visit for your guests: 1. It would be nice to have a Guest book that might include things like: local restaurants, places to visit, things to do in the area, local gas staions, etc. 2. A simple list of checking-out prpcedures would be helpful, like where to put the dirty linens and towels, garbage disposal, should dirty dishes be washed or placed in the dishwasher, turn off refriferator, etc. 3. Some simple instruction in English on how to operate the appliances: stove/oven, washer/dryer, etc. 4. A Guest Registry so you can see who has stayed in the home and some of their immediate comments about their stay.

We immediately fell in love with the sparkling clean apartment. It is very lovingly furnished without unnecessary stuff. The amenities are exceptionally good and there was even a guest gift. Communication was also flawless. Definitely our first choice when we come back to Ulm

The apartment was spacious, very clean and ideally located – just a few minutes from the city. Especially practical: an excellent bakery is located right next door. The host was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Overall a very enjoyable stay, which I am happy to recommend!
