Guest house holiday rentals in Oslo

Morten er en veldig trivelig vert, hyggelig ankomst og fikk noen tips om lokalområdet. Beliggenheten var veldig fin og rolig, kort vet med bil til svært mangr severdigjeter og Oslo sentrum. Flere badesteder i gå og sykkelavstand. Topp beliggenhet for oss under vårt opphold.

We were a group of 4 people with a kid. The stay was very nice. The landlords were always available for communication. They even offered tips for sightseeing.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Sehr sauberes und ordentliches Hauser mit frisch bezogenen Betten und Handtüchern. Die Kinder hatten genug Platz im Garten zum Spielen und es gibt schöne Fußwege in der Umgebung. Am tollsten war aber dennoch die Gastfreundschaft von Mette und Kjell. Wir durften mit dem Boot die Inseln erkunden, haben gemeinsam Shrimps gegessen und wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Vielen lieben Dank!

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft. Genau wie beschrieben. Lediglich hatten wir nachts das Problem nicht auf die Toilette zu kommen. Entweder lag es an uns oder die Tür ist nachts versperrt. Wir haben etwas in der Nähe von Oslo gesucht weil wir die Stadt besichtigen wollten. Mit dem Auto war es keine halbe Stunde bis zur Innenstadt. Der Wald Nähe der Hütte war sehr schön und einen Spaziergang allemal wert. Vielen Dank an Stian für die Gastfreundschaft.

Fredelig og idylliske omgivelser, med utsikt ifra kjøkkenet utover skog og grønnsakshage. Sjarmerende innredning og stedet opplevdes som rent og ryddig. Helle var også imøtekommende med check-in tid og ga tydelige instrukser for hvordan vi skulle komme fram. Da vi kom sent om kvelden, satte verten ut lykter for å vise vei gjennom hagen, hvilket vi satte pris på. Prisen er noe høy gitt avsidesliggende lokasjon, men man får til gjengeld ro. Det er snurredo og lav seng på gulvet, men det funker så sant man er inneforstått med det. Takk for oppholdet på et koselig lite sted:)

Eric and Gitta's cottage suited us just fine. It was self-contained, located in a lovely garden within a semi-forested setting, and private with all the facilities we needed.

This place is a true harmony. It was lovely to wake up every day to the sounds of nature and the view of the lake. The house is so charming and cozy, and the surroundings are even better. Erik and his wife are great hosts and have been very hospitable and always available. We can highly recommend this place.

I was very pleased with everything, but probably my 6 year old boys review is more detailed 😅 Some things he said about the house and the farm: «This house is so cool, I could easily live here» Note about the bathroom carpet «OMG Mom, feel how soft this carpet is» «MOOOOM this house has bunkbeds, cooool» «Mom, can we please babysit this brown goat when the owners go on a holiday» «Wow, mom those pillows and blankets are soo soft and nice» My kids happiness and joy was written all over their faces the entire stay… just only one moment when my 3 year old was crying a bit because he was ganged up by baby sauer who probably wanted to just thank him for feeding them with milk 🤣 I thought it was funny and cute at the same time. Amazing experience and will definitely visit you guys soon again 🩵

Trond was a wonderful and really helpful host! The place is beautifully located close to the nature. It was very clean and I was positively surprised with a small separate room for the children. Definitely can warmly recommend Trond’s guest house!

Petit triplex assez étonnant avec : 1er étage : une entrée 2e étage : salle à manger, cuisine et salle de bain 3e étage : une petite chambre sous les combles. L'appartement est relié à la maison des propriétaires même s'il reste indépendant. Cependant, les cloisons ne sont guère épaisses. Et le gros bonus : la superbe vue sur la baie d'Oslo !

Peter è un host eccezionale, gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolti a casa sua che per alcuni giorni è stata anche casa nostra: i differenti orari ci hanno permesso di condividere gli spazi con la massima autonomia. La camera sul balcone ha una vista spettacolare ed è molto romantica, e anche se inizialmente eravamo un po’ preoccupati di avere freddo, alla fine abbiamo dormito benissimo. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Der Check in war etwas kompliziert, da die Putzfrau nicht darüber informiert wurde, dass ich eine Stunde früher einchecke. Mir wurde ein Code von der Reinigungskraft für Tür genannt, jedoch ohne zu sagen, wo ich ihn eingeben kann. Man sieht das Eingabefeld nicht intuitiv, es ist an der Türklinke versteckt gewesen. Daher hatte ich Schwierigkeiten es zu finden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, das Bett war bequem und Bad und Küche sehr modern. Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde wieder kommen.

A nice place to stay, met my requirements perfectly

Nice room with a lot of space. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with multiple rooms, but never a problem. Well connected by metro to the centre. Great value

I loved the experience I had at Camilla’s house. People are amazing there, I had such a peaceful time while being there, also had fun! Absolutely recommended, it’s literally 2 minutes away from the metro by foot. Highly suggest to stay here!!

We were initially a bit skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but we ended up pleasantly surprised. The house has several rooms and other guests, but everyone was quiet and respectful, which made for a comfortable stay. While Camilla was away and slow to respond, someone was managing the place on her behalf and was very helpful. The shared kitchen was clean, and the atmosphere was friendly. If you're traveling on a budget and don’t mind a more basic, non-updated room, this place is a good choice.

The room was very comfortable; I slept well. Really appreciated the proximity to public transport and being able to leave my luggage in the house before my evening flight.
