House holiday rentals in Osimo

We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad, een heerlijk huisje met prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad. Lekker zelfgemaakt brood, pizza’s en natuurlijk wijn! We waren met 2 kids die hebben zich meer dan vermaakt met alle spelletjes en tafel tennis en tafelvoetbal. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd, super lieve mensen en onwijs attent! Wij komen graag weer langs

abbiamo trascorso una settimana nell'alloggio di Antonella ed è stata una settimana fantastica. L'appartamento è spazioso,pulito, ordinato,non manca nulla! il contesto del residence è comodissimo sia per la spiaggia che per i dintorni,la zona è meravigliosa e vale la pena visitarla. Antonella è stata ospitale,ci è venuta incontro per gli orari di check-in e checkout, è sempre stata disponibile. Consiglio a tutti questa località e soprattutto l'appartamento di Antonella,sono state delle vacanze bellissime e sicuramente torneremo!

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Abbiamo alloggiato in 13 presso la casa di Angelo, per il weekend del 2 giugno. La casa è molto bella, in una zona tranquilla, è molto spaziosa sia all interno che all esterno, con un patio e un giardino che offrono una bellissima vista. La piscina essendo fuori terra non è grandissima ma assolutamente funzionale per rifrescarsi mentre ci si gode il giardino, ed è stata molto sfruttata dalle 5 bambine del gruppo che si sono divertite moltissimo! Angelo è stato sempre disponibile e gentile nei nostri confronti, un ottimo host!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaft schönen Wohnung! Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch in einer absolut ruhigen Lage mit herrlichem Blick in die Hügellandschaft gelegen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight und fühlte sich fast wie ein privater Pool an – ideal zum Abkühlen und Genießen. Auch der liebevoll angelegte Garten hat zur entspannten Atmosphäre beigetragen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Adriana, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen und jederzeit hilfsbereit unterstützt hat. Die Gegend ist perfekt zum Radfahren und Entschleunigen – wir haben jede Minute genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

La casa di Alba si trova in una zona splendida nelle colline marchigiane in provincia di Macerata: la casa è confortevole, ben attrezzata per cucinare e passare momenti rilassanti in soggiorno e giardino. È possibile dalla casa spostarsi a piedi per belle passeggiate nei dintorni; centri abitati con negozi e ristoranti sono raggiungibili in una decina di minuti di macchina. Alba è un’ospite gentile e sempre disponibile; abbiamo trascorso nella sua casa un bellissimo capodanno rustico e la raccomandiamo a tutti.

Abbiamo soggiornato 8 notti a casa di Elio coi nostri bimbi di 5 e 3 anni ed è stata un' esperienza meravigliosa! La casa ha stanze molto ampie e luminose, arredate con tutto il necessario e il giardino offre una vista sulle colline circostanti e una pace impagabile! Ancora meglio che nelle foto! Abbiamo usato la casa come base per visitare praticamente l'intera regione ed è molto vicina anche al mare. Nei pressi si trovano una panetteria e un supermercato ben forniti. Elio è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e pronto a fornire consigli sulla zona. Al nostro arrivo ci ha anche accolti con un bel cesto di ottime ciliegie! Davvero super consigliato, soprattutto a famiglie con bimbi, che potranno godersi questo meraviglioso giardino!

La casa è immersa in un borgo ricco di storia, e si possono raggiungere a piedi sia il mare che il bosco circostante, facendo bellissime passeggiate. Siamo stati accolti dalla co-host Antonella che si è prodigata nell'aiutarci con i bagagli (la nostra auto era troppo grande e non siamo riusciti a entrare nella piazzetta di fronte alla casa). Il terra-tetto è stato oggetto di una ristrutturazione conservativa che ha rispettato i materiali originari ma che ha garantito un efficientamento importante, bagni nuovi, cucina nuova, riscaldamento eccellente considerando le tante stanze. La casa è accogliente, luminosa, ampia (tre camere e due bagni) e ci sono due splendidi terrazzi con una impareggiabile vista mare. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo apprezzato molto la vita all'interno del borgo.

Magnifique petite maison au coeur des champs de blé. Tout y est a disposition pour passer un sejour au calme. Sara est une hote adorable et très prevoyante, merci a vous pour toutes vos petites intentions 🥰 Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Alles war super und wie beschrieben. Aldo war sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns mit allen Informationen versorgt. Sehr netter Kontakt und sehr schöne moderne Unterkunft in guter Lage. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Mini appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere la propria vacanza in totale relax. La zona, immersa nel verde è molto tranquilla, in una zona abbastanza ombreggiata. Il mare dista 15 minuti a piedi facilmente raggiungibile. Una nota di merito per accettare anche gli animali nell'appartamento. Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Letto comodo con topper. Bagno molto bello e attrezzato con lavatrice, phon e kit di cortesia. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario anche per la pulizia quotidiana, che non è scontato. Nonostante abbiamo avuto un problema con la connessione internet Emma e Davide si sono dimostrati molto preoattivi e ci hanno aiutato. Bravissimi Davide e Paolo per l'aiuto dimostrato per ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliatissimooooo.

What a beautiful place! We spend 10 days here and we loved it. The weather was hot, so we spend our time manly outside on the beautiful terrace which has an amazing view. The inside is basic, but has everything you need. It is like spending time at Nonna's .There is plenty of hiking straight from the door. Climbing, canyoning and swimming in the river near by is also at your doorstep. If you are an outdoor lover as we are this place and surroundings are heaven. The owners are very friendly, responsive and very helpful. Thank you our holiday was perfect.

Sehr schönes Haus in gute Lage nahe Senigallia. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der ruhigen Umgebung und konnten die tolle Aussicht in die markesischen Hügel genießen. Ivana ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin

perfekte Unterkunft. alles da was man braucht und ein wunderschöner und gepflegter Garten. Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern war Geld wert. alles hat bestens funktioniert, war sauber und angenehm. Ein abgesperrte kleine Siedlung wo Kinder ohne Probleme und Gefahren draußen spielen konnten. Einzig zu beachten, dass Stechmücken unterwegs sind. Der nächste Ort ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und bietet sehe schönes Ambiente und gute Restaurants.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i Captainstower. Rosetta kom og bød os velkommen på den aftalte tid, introducerede os til huset og Sirolo. Under opholdet hvor vejret var blevet lidt koldere, blev vi kontaktet af Rosetta, der ville fortælle os hvor vi fandt tæpper og dyner hvis vi havde brug for det. Meget omsorgsfuldt. Huset er pænt og meget rent, der er gode senge og hvad der behøves for en god ferie. Sirolo, huset og Rosetta kan vi varmt anbefale.

What a breath of fresh air. We loved Rome but everyone should take a break on their journey and come stay a few days to unwind, drink wine and smell the Jasmin in this beautiful place. Stefania’s place is much better than the photos because the love and care Stefania puts into every detail only comes across in person. Great for a group if you are lucky enough to snag a couple units.

Abbiamo fatto una vacanza al mare perfetta grazie a questo alloggio. Posizione - Zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, casa con le finestre Nord/Est perffeto per l'estate (dentro era abastanza fresco anche senza usare la clima) Allogio - pulito e accogliente, dotato di tutto necesario per una vacanza al mare. Terazza ampia e quasi sempre all'ombra (solo in mattina è sotto il suole, che comuque non da fastidio per fare colazione) Elisa è stata un’ host professionale e super gentile! Da consigliare!

Oferta zgodna z opisem. Komunikacja z gospodarzami bardzo dobra. Z domku niedaleko do autobusu, stacji benzynowej, pizzerii. Gospodarze podwieźli nas pod sam domek :) dziękujemy bardzo i polecamy.

This place is beautifully situated at the top of Assisi. It's nice to stroll down hill to get to everything and see the views - but then you have to walk back up. It is a pleasant walk, everything is within 10 minutes. The place is charming and beautifully decorated. It is the downstairs so that is great because it is cool, but it is dark. We weren't home in the day so that was fine and it was great for sleeping. The bathroom is large and pretty with a glorious waterfall shower. The amenities are high quality. She is very kind.

Davide's house was a nice blend of traditional and modern, with all the facilities you need. The house was immaculately clean. The location is perfect for exploring Monte Conero with fantastic walking from the doorstep and 5 minutes drive to great beaches. Very nice bar/restaurant within walking distance. Davide was a very helpful host, who made my stay stress free at a testing time personally. Thanks Davide!
