A new villa the items inside were new and clean, the villa stayed for 9 people and we very much enjoyed the pool was clean, daily maintenance was done. Everything was as it appeared in the photos. If there is a place in the center in terms of location, you can see many places with a 10-minute drive. It was a useful house among the citrus trees. Everything is available in the house, just bring food and drink. I was wondering if there was anything in the kitchen. The bedrooms and lounge had air conditioning. The garden is great for children, a certain part of it is just the grass. We really enjoyed it. A place where you can relax and see. & Thank you for everything

It was a spacious and comfortable house in the center, 5 minutes' walk from everywhere. There were plenty of beds. Our needs were met immediately. We had a very comfortable day, I recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much.

We were extremely satisfied with our friends, Ms. Nesrin provided us with flexibility in check-in and checkout times. You may need to get used to the sounds of the airplane due to the location of the house, but in general, we were satisfied with everything, it was within walking distance to the grocery store.

Great house and just as nice host. Ms. Kadriye and her husband are so nice that they helped us with everything. The house is sparkling clean. So far I have rented more than 15 homes in different countries. The cleanest was Ms. Kadriye's house. Better than most 5 star hotels. In terms of location, it is in a strategic location right in the middle of many bays and attractions. when it comes to the house amenities, the house has all the amenities. The kitchen has everything you need. There are fresh towels and slippers. Each room has air conditioning. The house is very new. Highly recommend. Worth every penny you give

Mr. Erdem's mansion impressed us a lot, it is perfect for those who want to relax in nature with animal sounds. We were very pleased with Mr. Erdem's kindness and helpfulness, it was an experience that we are already planning to come back.

Great place, the location is central. Lots of shops and restaurants around. The space is spacious and quiet. The host is good communicater. Allowed me to late checkout till 7 pm as my flight was at 9 30. I recommend this place to others.

Not only did I stay, but I met nice people, both the host and the local area were good. The house was good, there was no problem, it is in a good location for visiting the bays and historical places around with your own vehicle, but you have to pay attention to the ceiling in the house ☺️

We had a very pleasent reception at Kutays house-his parents were waiting for us and his mother even baked a cake. Very lovely people. We did not meet Kutay, but we could reach him any time and he responded very fast. The house is cozy and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and you can enjoy a nice garden with a pool, sunbeds and different terraces/balkonies. There are a few things you should be aware of: The house is not in a walking distance to a shop or market in Dalyan so we would recomend a car or bikes. You should like cats or at least not hate them, because there are quite a few and they are used to be pampered! Because of the mature garden there are many mosquitos (which is common in Dalyan) so you should bring/buy insect repellant.

Villa Ada was amazing. Great location about 15 mins walk to town. Everything you needed in the house. Shower was hot and powerful. Kitchen had everything you needed. Fly/mosquito nets on all doors and windows. Pool area was spacious with lots of chairs, tables and loungers. Plenty of wardrobe space, fresh towels and beach towels. Dilay was helpful and always replied to our enquiries. We would definitely come back !

Mr. Enver and his wife greeted us very warmly at the entrance. The location was quite good. The place was as in the images. Especially the outdoor area and the pool were very nice. It was a pleasant holiday.

The host was very caring. He was very helpful in terms of the price and conditions I requested. Mr. Muhammed also took great care of my family. I would like to thank you very much for your friendly and caring attitude. They had put brand new products in the house as if we were the first users of each product. If I ever have to go deeper, I'll just stay in this house. The only problem outside the house was the stairs and the dog upstairs barking too much. But these are situations to be absorbed. Thank you all very much.

Light airy spacious apartment, great location in a quiet neighborhood.

Despite the minor setbacks, I would like to thank Mr. Yusuf for his goodwill and kindness. The houses are nice and clean. A little deserted, but quiet and peaceful for relaxing.

Ruth’s house is great! We have spent really wonderful time there. House is spacious and clean. And the garden with swimming pool was just perfect. A lot of trees, flowers plus many options to spend time. You can sit by one of the tables at the porch or rest at the hammock or by the pool. We love Dalyan, because of the İztuzu Beach, Dalyan River boat tours, Kavnos ruins and the nature around, so we come here often, but İ believe this was the best house we have stayed in Dalyan so far. İt has everything what we need to really rest during vacation. Plus AC was working well which is really a must in the summer in Dalyan. Thank you Ruth!

The location is 10 min to the airport. Clean and all household needs have air conditioning in every room. We are very satisfied

I had a very nice time staying at Hançer's place. The apartment was very clean, there was water in the fridge and otherwise all appliances worked perfectly. Particularly noteworthy is that the accommodation is not easy to find, but Hançer has done everything to ensure that even I found it as a disoriented person. I would recommend a car, as the apartment is very high up on a mountain, there is plenty of parking. I especially liked the general area around Dalaman. If you have a rental car, I highly recommend the Kaunos area, you have an insane view of the nature of the area while driving up the mountain. Otherwise, a visit to the beach is also very nice, especially at sunset. The adjacent restaurant is also very good. If I'm in the area, I'd love to come back.
