Holiday rentals with a patio in Ortaca

The house has everything needed, we stayed comfortably for 6 people, the house is new and all the electrical appliances are working smoothly. The place is very central, very close to basic locations such as bakery, grocery store and market place, the location of the house is 20-30 minutes from the beaches of Muğla to visit.

I came to Sarıgerme for the first time and preferred Mila Apart for the stay. Mr. Uğur is a great host. I had 4 peaceful days where I felt right at home.

Everything was very good, they were interested, most importantly, everything was clean, it was centrally located, I would recommend it to everyone, thank you Mr. Mustafa.

My parents had an all-around pleasant and completely uncomplicated stay at Okşan. They felt warmly welcomed upon arrival. The accommodation was not only immaculately clean, but also lovingly and thoughtfully furnished - it really lacked nothing. You can immediately tell that Okşan attaches great importance to comfort and well-being. We would book again at any time and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Ms. Perihan is a very good host and her house is a very good house that meets the needs. We never thought we would have had such a good experience. It made us feel like we were in our own home, and we even thought, “We were the first to hire it so far.” The location of the house is enormous. Everything was as it appeared in the photos. If there is a place in the center in terms of location, you can see many places with a 10-minute drive. It was a useful house among the citrus trees. Everything is available in the house, just bring food and drink. I was wondering if there was anything in the kitchen. The bedrooms and lounge had air conditioning. The garden is great for children, a certain part of it is just the grass. We really enjoyed it. A place where you can relax and see. & Thank you for everything

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Cozy, Ihsan and his family were so attentive and even gave us a welcome cake. The property was spotless and in a good location with a bar opposite and a small supermarket about a 3 min walk away. Easy walk into town about 8 mins. The villa is stunning and had all the facilities you could possibly need, we cannot recommend this villa enough and will be back next year! Thank you!

A great play to stay, everywhere was only 30 or so minutes a way in a car to the beach or nice town. Murat was super helpful, and very response. The house was a described and all very comfortable, we spent 10 days as a family 6 there, lots of time in the pool, everyone loved it. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hüseyin’s place, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked, Hüseyin was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. The property itself was exactly as described, if not better. It was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The attention to detail was evident, and it felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—close to all beautiful beaches and places like Sarigerme, Dalyan , Iztusu and another peaceful areas. What really stood out was Hüseyin’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offering great local tips and even checking in occasionally to make sure everything was going well. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests and take pride in providing an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend staying at Hüseyin’s place…

We had a very nice holiday as a family, the house was clean and spacious inside (beds, bathroom, kitchen were clean) and outside (garden parts). The villa was as shown in the images. It is obvious that the house is new. The pool was clean, and maintenance and cleaning were done as long as we stayed. The pool was very fun. The garden was large and spacious. It was pleasant to have breakfast with the sounds of birds in the garden. We had a barbecue in the backyard. Onur Can was friendly and gave quick answers. He left snacks (chips, biscuits, water, etc.) for us because we were on the road. There is no problem with the fly during the day. There are mosquitoes only in the evenings. Since all the windows of the villa and the door to the porch were equipped with mosquito nets, there was not much fly entry into the house, fly repellents were sufficient to protect from flies escaping when opening and closing the doors and sitting in the garden. Mosquitoes are a common problem in the area in the evenings, but fly repellents work. Iztuzu beach was close and beautiful. Thank you Onur Can

Amazing place, especially for big groups and families. We had an amazing time and looking forward to staying again.

The location of the house is very close to the airport, and it is very easy to get to various bays by car. There are a lot of stairs when entering the house, but it was not a problem for us. The house was spotless, all the small and large appliances you may need are available in the house. (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, iron, kettle, broom, hair dryer). Mr. Kemal's communication and location were also very good. When he found the location of the house, he gave us information about the surrounding bays. She was extremely caring and solving in the slightest problem. If we go to Dalaman again, it will definitely be the first address we will look at 👍🏽

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here. It was a perfect home away from home and a great base for us to take little day trips around the region. The courtyard and common spaces of the complex had beautiful flowers and the restaurant by the pool was so handy. Speaking of, the PS5 was great to have on rainy days! Hakan was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful.

Very nice and always available host. Mr. Cem has taken great care of our well-being. We felt like at home. We didn't mind the airplane noise from the airport next to it, was even rather interesting. The equipment of the apartment is new and nothing is superfluous. Would anyone who doesn't feel left out of the aircraft noise (when windows and doors are closed) would recommend the apartment. A quiet apartment 10 minutes walk from the centre of town with a supermarket 3 to 4 minutes walk away. On arrival we were greeted by the host Doga who showed us around the apartment and was very welcoming. The apartment is clean and tidy and the garden and pool area is very well maintained. There are sun loungers allocated to the apartment for sunbathing around the pool. Doga is easy to contact should and responds quickly to any queries you may have. We enjoyed our stay at the Suite Lemon and have no hesitation in recommending it to others
