Welcome to Meisbu - in the heart of Sunnmørsalpane! The cabin was listed for Christmas 2023 and is nicely located with mountain and water views. Here they are close to nature with a short distance to both ski tracks, ski trips and cross country tracks in the winter, and mountain hikes and swimming/fishing in the summer. The cabin can also be base for exploring the region, with a short distance to the Art Nouveau city of Ålesund, beautiful Geiranger or the bird mountain at Runde. Bring family and friends to a cozy cabin halls in the home hospital surroundings.

Enjoy mountains, fjords and beautiful nature just outside the door! The cabin is located on Kongshaugen at Fjellsettra, between Sykkylven and Stranda, in the middle of the Sunnmøre Alps. Here you will have a very great nature experience summer and winter, perfect for experiencing the mountains and all the attractions Sunnmøre offers! Modern cabin with 4 bedrooms with 10 beds. High standard with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as wifi, sonos and Apple TV. Large bathroom with sauna, as well as extra toilet

Comforts with panoramic views

Quiet area with great views to Ørstafjella, and access to the garden with hens, sheep, calves and horses at the disposal of the guest. We also have a boat for rent in Ørstafjorden. Great hiking area right behind the cabin, with old hellevei laid out by around 1000 large either in the 1800s. We are also in the middle of attractions like Geiranger, Loen and Olden, and Runde with the bird mountain. Also Jugendbyen Ålesund is 1.5 hrs away. In Fosnavågen, we have Sunnmørsbadet water park, 45 minutes away if the day is gray...

Åmås Events Guesthouse

From 01st August 2025 the second floor totally renovated with 2 new bedrooms accommodate total 4 persons and 2 persons more by including the sofa-bed in the living room upstairs. Romslig hytte med flott utsikt og turterreng rett utanfor døra.Hytta ligg i rett ved skianlegget og fine preparerte langrennsløyper og lysløype er like i nærheten. Området har ellers flotte turmuligheter også til fots.Fjellsetra er eit godt utgangspunkt for mange fine toppturer både sommer og vinter.Kun en kort kjøretur fra strandafjellet og Sykkylven.Naturen i området er fantastisk og mange av dei mest kjente fjella i Sunnmørsalpane ligg rett utenfor døra. Nært Ålesund, Geiranger og Hellesylt

Apartment under the Sunnmøre Alps!

Welcome to Brunstad, midway between Sunnmørsalpene! The apartment is a great starting point for mountain hiking both on foot in the summer/fall and in winter/spring. It is also a short distance to Ålesund (about 1 hour drive) and famous areas such as Geiranger, Hellesylt, Norangsdalen, Valldal and Trollstigen. In winter, two different ski resorts will find just 15 minutes away from the apartment; “Sunnmørsalpane Skiarena Fjellsætra” and “Strandafjellet Skisenter”.

Cozy and modern apartment in a beautiful and tranquil mountain location. Close to downhill ski fields, cross country ski tracks right outside the veranda door (ski-in/ski-out), and endless hiking opportunities. The apartment fits 6 people and features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with lake and mountain views. Towels and bed linen included.

Great amenities, family friendly, parking right outside the cabin Hot tub on the terrace can be used for an additional 500kr (tilted before arrival, then we turn it on). Large terrace. Fire pit with grill grate. Wood is available. With possibility to borrow rubber boat, SUP, fishing equipment.
