We are located 4 km from Ørsta centrum, with great hiking terrain behind the cabin. We also have a boat for rent on Ørstafjorden, and day trips to Ålesund, Runde, Sunnmørsbadet in Fosnavåg, trip to Loen and Briksdalsbreen and day trip via beautiful Norangsdalen to Geiranger. Ørsta can offer mountain tours in all categories from hiking to cleavage in alpine landscapes.

Welcome to Brunstad, midway between Sunnmørsalpene! The apartment is a great starting point for mountain hiking both on foot in the summer/fall and in winter/spring. It is also a short distance to Ålesund (about 1 hour drive) and famous areas such as Geiranger, Hellesylt, Norangsdalen, Valldal and Trollstigen. In winter, two different ski resorts will find just 15 minutes away from the apartment; “Sunnmørsalpane Skiarena Fjellsætra” and “Strandafjellet Skisenter”.

Here is and eiga harbor with a possibility to rent a boat. price per day 16 feet 15/20 horses 600kr plus gasoline. 18 feet 30 horses 850 NOK per day. gasoline is in addition to what the customer used. here are life jackets that can borrow. All rent of a boat is at your own responsibility

The cabin is situated right next to some of the most beautiful fjords in Norway. in the summer you can experience whales swimming by, different birds and other animals. in the winter you can wake up and drive 30 minutes and go skiing in the mountains. You can also se beautiful northern lights (aurora borealis) here.
