Cucina completa di tutto con lavastoviglie. Aria condizionata . Comodo per raggiungere a piedi tutti i servizi , supermercati e stazione autobus . Ristrutturato e arredato a nuovo nel 2020. 6 posti letto massimo , perfetto per famiglie che vogliono la comodità di avere tutto a due passi .

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questa accogliente casa. La villetta si trova in un piccolo e riservato residence vicino alla spiaggia e al centro ma in un punto distante da traffico e caos. La casa è perfetta per chi ha bimbi, è accessoriata di culla, spondine e seggiolone, i giardini sono recintati e a 50 metri si trova un grazioso parco giochi comunale. La posizione unica permette di raggiungere sia la spiaggia La Cinta che la piazza centrale del paese in pochi minuti di passeggiata.
