Apartment holiday rentals in Orosei

The house is really great, spacious, modern and very clean. The living room is spacious and bright, and the large terrace with sea view is perfect for relaxing. The private garage below the house was really convenient for those who, like us, travel by car. Although the garage entrance may seem a little small, our small SUV was still fair. Michela was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to answer any questions and gave us many useful tips on activities to do in the area. The location of the house is ideal, just outside the center of Orosei, easily accessible on foot. Also, in the evening, there are no traffic restrictions after 8pm, which is very convenient.

Heaven, I came to Christian's lodge solo, I needed to rest and that's exactly what i got. The place is so quiet, just the birds and the pigs to keep you company. I was there for the first 2 nights completely alone. Orosei is only a 5 minute drive away with lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The closest beaches are 10 minutes away. The entire coast is beautiful, right down the Orosei gulf. Christian is a wonderful host, so welcoming, one day I worked from the accommodation on the communal tables outside and he brought me an espresso, so kind and thoughtful. The room itself is well equipped, i made myself lunch each day and cooked one of the evenings. I really hope to be back one day. Dalila’s apartment was clean, homey, and had incredible views. Very close to the quaint town of Cala Gonone. Easy check in and super responsive. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We had wonderful stay at Tore’s Workshop of Ideas. The apartment was cool and spacious with lots of character, and Tore himself was a kind host who communicated well and gave us lots of tips, even a local bottle of wine on check in. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we loved our time in Orosei!

Beautiful location right next to the beach and close walking distance of restaurants bars etc. Lovely walk into the town along the beech pathway. Great peaceful balcony to sit out on. Lovely kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. Comfy clean beds.

A dream in the middle of nature! We were lucky and were able to spend the first few days almost alone on the small estate. That was really beautiful. When all apartments are occupied, it is a bit fuller and louder. But the location compensates for everything. Vacation with 1.5 year old child worked great here. The playground is nearby and the garden invites you to explore!

Stefano was super helpful and kind. She gave us great tips for beaches and restaurants. Perfect hospitality and continuous availability. A real landmark. Cozy, clean and comfortable house. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in Cala Gonone. Ioana was extremely helpful and hospitable and maintained excellent communication with us throughout. She gave us many helpful suggestions for things to do in the area and was very welcoming. The apartment was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. We especially loved the outside terrace and spent a lot of time eating meals on the terrace and enjoying the views. The location was within short walking distance to the city centre and multiple supermarkets which was very convenient. The neighbourhood within which this apartment is located is very peaceful and quiet. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely apartment, great location.

Beautiful property with beautiful fruit trees. The house is ideal for visiting this part of Sardinia. There are 4 well-appointed bedrooms. There is only one bedroom upstairs, without air conditioning, with 2 single beds, which is not ideal in case of high heat, but apart from that, the other bedrooms are very comfortable.

We had an amazing stay here! Claudio was incredibly friendly and always on hand to help with anything at all! The hosts provided sun chairs, umbrella and cool bag for day trips to the beach - very helpful! Great location with a bakery and coffee shop just two minute walk away and lots of restaurants in the main town (about 5-10 minute walk). Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I spent a week in Frederica and Andrea's exclusive apartment. We felt very comfortable there. Thanks to their tips, we saw a lot of beautiful things. A nice experience was also to go to the restaurant of the fishermen's cooperative in Arbatax. (Oyster Bar) and then walk through the pine forest there.

Caterina's place was located away from all the noise of Cala Gonone's busiest streets but close enough that walking to restaurants, beaches, and the harbor was not an issue. The space was simple but just what my husband and I needed as we spent most of our days exploring the island. Caterina was extremely sweet and hospitable and greeted us during check-in. Highly recommend if you're looking for an affordable, convenient stay in Cala Gonone.

Nice place in super quiet neighbourhood, and at the same time close to the center of the village. Manuela was friendly and responded quickly to our messages. It was also good to have a washing maschine and dishwasher during the stay. We had some challenges with the bed sheets at the beggining but the problem was sorted out quickly. I just wished we had better weather during our stay to enjoy the terrace with the view :).

The place was great. Antonio is very nice and helpful. We were even allowed to use his fresh herbs from his beautiful garden. Thanks for the great stay!

We felt comfortable and well taken care of from the beginning. Andrea's recommendations were all great and we ate wonderfully. The beach is not a minute away and incredibly beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we can only recommend drinking a coffee on the terrace in the morning and watching the sunrise. We will be happy to come back! :)

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

Our stay was really wonderful. The check-in & checkout was super easy. The apartment was in top condition, just like in the pictures. Very clean, stylish and lovingly furnished. The communication with Joseph, Daniela's son, was very friendly. He was extremely helpful and even asked us if something was missing or if we needed anything else in the apartment. He also gave us many valuable tips on activities in the area. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment to anyone. Thanks again

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Beautiful house with many rooms equipped with private bathrooms that allow privacy. The common space if there are many is a bit sacrificed but for the rest it is worth it House also equipped with accessories that you don't expect and friendly and helpful Host. WE'LL BE BACK!!
