Here you will immediately feel comfortable and at home! Really a totally tasteful and modern furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and enough space to have breakfast and hang laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the harbor and beach. There are even two TVs with their own Netflix account, which you can use for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - even a new bottle of good olive oil was available. The bed is 1.40 m tall, which could be a little wider for our taste, but that's a high-level complaint. We were enormously grateful for the mosquito nets on all windows as well as the blackout options in the bedroom. We felt completely comfortable and were able to reach Michaela quickly at any time with questions. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family! We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this adorable little apartment in Tortolì! The space is cozy, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was very private and the little Terrasse is nice to have :) The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing helpful tips and ensuring I had everything I needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable place to stay in Sardinia.

We had a wonderful stay at Marcantonio's, who is very friendly. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was of course the highlight and the view of the mountains from there was beautiful. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, as we had imagined. We got delicious wine and lots of useful tips. By car, we were able to reach various dream beaches and excursion destinations in a short time. Our next Sardinia vacation will be spent here again.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The terrace had a beautiful view and was perfect for relaxing. The area is quiet and peaceful, and we had a parking spot, which was super convenient. Shops were close by, and the location is great for exploring the nearby beaches. The host was very friendly and always replied quickly. It’s best to have a car so you can visit the local places Sardinians go and see the real life on the island. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

Apartment in a beautiful location with a nice view of the mountain and the sea, well equipped also inside and outside with nice seating and sunbeds. A lot of nice beaches were accessible by car within 15-20 minutes drive. Nearby restaurants, cafes, and shop.

If you want a wonderful house in Sardenia - This it is! We enjoyed every Moment in this house.

We stayed with our dog for a week at Matteo's place. The house is simply fantastic. In a few minutes you can walk to the beach, which you have almost to yourself at this time. From the house you can go hiking and discover the coast. We can only recommend the house.

Riccardo's house is very nice and well maintained and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The garden offers an area of peace and tranquility where you can relax after the day or for an outdoor breakfast. It is in a strategic location to visit the archaeological sites nearby (Su Nuraxi a Barumini, Santa Vittoria archaeological park, Nuraghe Arrubiu a Orroli). Riccardo was very kind and helpful both in terms of the flexibility of check-in and check-out times and the promptness of response and to advise us where to eat nearby (excellent pizzeria in Gergei).

We had the pleasure of staying here for 10 days and I can confidently say it was one of the best holiday experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who made us feel like cherished guests rather than just clients. The home itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It’s very quiet and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay, making it perfect for our family of 3. The layout is excellent, with a central eating area and two individual bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for everyone. One of the standout features is the charming garden sofa area, which we used as an extension of the living room. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to families with kids or couples looking for a perfect getaway. I can’t wait to return! 🙏🏻❤️

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. We very much enjoyed the 6 nights in this cozy and quiet gem with an ideal starting point for excursions in all directions. High-quality and tasteful furnishings and equipment, comfortable beds, a small French press and the cozy terrace with flexible protection from the morning sun immediately ensure relaxation and holiday recreation. Daniela warmly greeted us with treats and was always personally approachable for questions. Her tips for getting to know the nature and culture of the region were worth their weight in gold. Thank you for the wonderful time, we would book this special villa again.

We had the best time at the house! It’s in nature and so calm and charming. There are loads of beautiful Trees, Flowers and fruit bushes. The House was very clean, well equipped and the beautiful veranda was perfect for our dinners :) Andrea is very friendly and helpful and made our time there even more comfortable. I would not only give this accommodation 5, but preferably 10 stars - because everything was really perfect here! The apartment is ultra-modern, sparkling clean and has a beautiful roof terrace. The location is central, so you can easily walk to everything. The host was extremely friendly, welcomed us warmly, provided us with many great tips and was always available for questions. I will definitely be happy to return! If Sardinia, then definitely this accommodation.

The two of us felt incredibly comfortable and at home in Eva's pretty, bright and tasteful accommodation. The furnishings are new, the equipment is very good (towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, glasses, etc.) and the terrace sensational. There was also a delicious welcome greeting that we were very happy about. We fully agree with the other 5-star reviews! Our highlight was the location of the apartment: enjoy the fantastic view of the sea (including sunrise) from the bedroom, living room or terrace and standing on the beach in just 12 minutes' walk, which was still fantastically deserted at the end of April. Shopping, breakfast and dining were also easy on foot. Valentina and Eva's numerous restaurant tips were very helpful. We tried various kinds of them every day. All great! The accessibility of Valentina was very good, and the contact uncomplicated and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Vanna Daniela's accommodation is lovely! The beach is a few minutes' walk away, a shop is right next door. It's in a great location. The apartment is clean, pleasant, with very good bedding, and contains everything you need for a great stay. Above all, Vanna Daniela is a remarkable host, attentive to the people she receives. Top notch location and a small but beautiful and functional apartment. We felt like we had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, great shower and eating breakfast by the lemon tree each morning was wonderful.

Well-equipped accommodation close to the beach, which is within walking distance, including a sea view from the balcony. The accommodation is well equipped, very clean and leaves nothing to be desired. Although communication was exclusively in writing, Gaia was always friendly and proactive. We would book the accommodation again at any time.

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.

We lived in the apartment all week, the apartment corresponds exactly to what is shown in the pictures. The kitchen was super clean and has everything you need to take care of yourself if you want to. The apartment is very central and is only about 10 minutes' walk to Olbia city center. It offers great parking right outside the door. Also, you could wonderfully visit the surroundings of Olbia from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and has a private atmosphere. Gianluca was always friendly and answered our question quickly.
