This fully renovated Bungalow is withing walking distance to the beach and many near by restaurants. This cozy house has all the Amenities of home. This is in a very quiet part of the neighborhood. there is absolutely no smoking or vapein the house if caught will forfeit security deposit I may allow a pet depending on breed with a $70 pet fee. No one under age of 25 unless accompanied by parents.. . $15 per night per person charge more than 4 guests. Master has an adjustable queen size bed.

You will not need a car at our location - walk to everything! If you would like a new adventure, Historic St. Augustine and World Famous Daytona Beach are only a 30 minute drive. Walt Disney World is about an hour and a half drive. If you are looking for a relaxing, stress-free beach vacation, you will feel right at home here!

1 bedroom condo-tel right on the beach! Has a king bed in the bedroom and a queen size convertible sofa in living room. All units are privately owned and run by an HOA. We have made many improvements to this prime location over the past few years. Our building is smack dab in the center of everything. You will not be disappointed! Our studio Cottage is pet friendly and sleeps 2 comfortably. This is a tiny house where we have managed to fit all essentials for a relaxing stay. We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.
