We had a wonderful stay at Lenise and Dave’s property. We are looking forward to a return visit.

We absolutely loved staying here! The view was spectacular. The condo was super clean, warm and inviting, fresh flowers were even on the dining table. The beach was not crowded, and the pool was always clean. We would absolutely come back again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anthony is a great host — very responsive and attentive! His Airbnb is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing small meals for the family, which was very convenient during our stay. The only challenge was that the building elevator was under maintenance, and the surrounding common areas are a bit run down — though this in no way reflects the quality of Anthony’s place itself. Inside, it’s a welcoming and cozy retreat. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for its location on the beach and proximity to Daytona Speedway. We showed up late at night to check in and didn’t get a code to the condo entrance, but I called Jeanette and she helped us get in right away. It was a peaceful place with hardly anyone on the beach, and I would recommend staying there again if we go back to Rockville in the future.

This place was exactly how it was pictured. Very clean, communicated amenities, very responsive host, quiet and comfortable. We had a group of 6 and it was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend for both large or small groups.

Place was great. Layout was very roomy. Instructions were great and super helpful. Beach out front was beautiful, however we had a younger boogie boarder and the shelf drop offs were dangerous. So we opted to drive to Daytona beach where you could walk out much farther on a level beach. Resturant recommendations were great. Our favorite coffee was Happy Surf Co. Being originally from Seattle it was truly artisan coffee.

Awesome hospitality, fast responses, Sandra was such a great Host!!! We had a great time in her place, and she was always available when we needed something. We had everything that we needed, the condo was super clean, and all the touches were very thoughtful. I will definitely come back!!!

Stayed at Todd’s place for my vacation in St.Augustine and it was lovely ! Great place and location very clean and a comfortable bed ! The beach was not far away at all! I will be back and I will definitely stay again at Todd’s place ! He is a great host that provides clear instructions and is very responsive and helpful as well as friendly.

We all really enjoyed our stay. The condo felt very cozy and we were right at home for our stay. The condo is kept in great condition and perfectly fit our group for the trip! Area is also very nice and near nice local amenities. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable, and nature oriented place to stay, this is the stay for you!

We enjoyed our stay in Saint Augustine Beach at Todd's listing. The best part of the rental is the beach access which is about a 10 minute walk from the unit or you can park closer in visitor spots to get to the beach and beach pool even sooner. The place was clean, AC was great, and the shower was nice and warm. We would definitely stay here again if in the area! Todd was very responsive and friendly.

This location had exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Gorgeous views from the location and beach front access made all the difference during the day. Stress free weekend and comfy cozy atmosphere. We were 5 min from really cute local restaurants and grocery store. Probably 20 min from dt but honestly we felt little need to venture out once we arrived here. Great place to unwind and unplug. We cannot wait to come back again!

Had a great time visiting Daytona this weekend! The location is perfect and close to everything-easy access to boardwalk and extremely walkable. Super comfy inside the apartment and had plenty of extras to make it feel like home!

I loved Melissa’s place. It was a very nice condo. Big inside, pictures didn’t do justice. Plenty of room for 6 of us. My daughter loves the jacuzzi bath tub. Bathroom in the master bedroom was huge. Bed was very comfy. Key pad for entries, one code for all of the condo and different one for her door. Made it safe. Pool area was nice and clean. Beach as always was beautiful. I hope to come back soon. Spent lots of time on the balcony you can actually see ocean and river sitting there. 🏖️😊

We had an overall fantastic stay at this condominium. It was an excellent location. Nearby activities include the beach, pool, and miniature golf. Two restaurants worth considering are the Treehouse and the Boston Fish House. The condominium is super close to the beach either by walking or to the entrance to pay to drive your vehicle on the beach. The pools were nice. The gym worked out great for my family. I visited my elderly parents and needed a place to stay nearby with my family and pets. They permitted me to bring my dogs, which allowed them to join in visiting my parents and participating in the activities we had planned for the week. Thank you for the use of your condominium. We had a great visit!

We had a lovely two weeks in this condo! It was easy to find, check in to, and park. The condo and views look just like the photos. The building is older, but the condo was clean and bright and had plenty of room for four adults. The view of the ocean and beach is amazing and the pool is really nice. The unit has a great kitchen, nice showers, a full size washer and dryer, and a big table. The check out procedure was super easy! We would definitely go back and recommend this place.

Vanessa was an excellent host, her home is lovely and everything was spotless. I love that she had a full pantry, beach equipment, and an emergency "forgot me" kit with bathroom essentials and Tylenol. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Cinnamon Beach is beautiful. The property was set up with beautiful, yet minimal decorations so I didn't need to worry about my young kids breaking decorations. The beach/ Pool were an easy walk away and the washer and dryer in the unit made for quick easy drying of all our swim stuff in-between adventures. Will stay again!

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. Loved Tony’s place. Clean, well designed and very comfortable. Two things would be good to add - 1) Simple Curtains on the Sliding Glass Door facing the ocean. The glare is very bright all morning. 2) Remove the high table and chairs and add two regular chairs like the ones there and an end table.

What an amazing condo. The pictures truly reflect the spacious living quarters. The interior design is absolutely beautiful. And the view is stunning. We had a wonderful family vacation and hope to return in the future.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at New Smyrna Beach. We stayed in unit 201, of the Southwind Condos. The condo was decorated beautifully, it was fully stocked with everything we could need, and it was very clean. The view from the condo was amazing. We had an ocean view from almost every window and we were only steps away from the beach. Our host Martin was very informative and made everything so easy. He communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. Martin made checking in and out so easy. He also made sure to keep us updated on any possible issues that might arise during our visit. I would recommend staying in this condo to anyone who is vacationing in New Smyrna Beach. I look forward to staying there in the future. So many fun things to do in the area and great restaurants to eat at. Thank you Martin for being an amazing host.
